Vaxiclex's Jutsu and Abilities

Kekkei Genkai: Saitamon
- Saitamon: It gives me different energies/abilities with only 2 being unlocked out of 3
- First Ability: Chrono Energy Manipulation - Lets me manipulate time but only mildly. I can increase my speed and things like that. I can also, by using a lot of chakra, manipulate my opponents speed. A ability is that if my comrade lets me, I can easily manipulate their speed.
- Second Ability: Elementalist - I am an elementalist after unlocking this. I have all types of chakra elements.
- Third Ability: Unknown/Will unlock later


After training a lot over the many years, I have gained the ability to speak telepathically to another. Either we talk back and forth or I just send them a message if they cant speak back.


Chrono Energy Technique -
- Chrono Eye - The Chrono Eye lets me see everything in slow motion so it would be easier to fight. Anything I happening around me is recorded into my eye even if my eye didn't see it. It is helpful when I'm in need of evidence of something or to watch stuff carefully to make sure. Also it lets me see everyone's age. Right now only if the person knows there age will I be able to tell there age with them not telling me.
- Time Healing - I can use chrono energy to heal someones injuries. If they are badly burned, I can focus chrono energy into the wound, causing the wound to heal in around 1-5 minutes. It will be as if they never got hurt. If they lost a arm or a leg, I can use this to make there arm come back as if they never lost it.
- Speed Enhancement - I can use chrono energy to to kind of forward myself, which increases my speed by a lot. I can also increase another persons speed. If the person lets me increase there speed, I can increase there speed but use less energy.
- Time Reverse - This technique can reverse time in a small area so any explosion/attack going at me will be reversed, If hit, I will still keep the damage. (Takes up some chakra)

Jutsu - ((Since I'm an elementalist, I can do all basic jutsus for each element such as fire/wind/etc jutsu or the wind/lightning/etc bullets and such. I can do lightning/water/fire/etc ball jutsu. Also I can do those ___ ball jutsu with the mixed elements such as ice ball jutsu, same for the different types of clone jutsu and etc.))

Transportation/Quick Movement -
- Warping - I have the ability to warp from place to place.
- Portal - I can create portal(s) to aid me in battle. Right now I can create a very good amount of portals. (Say around 15-20 as my maximum)
- Portal Mirrors - I can create a few portals with each portal leading to another portal.
- Vortex - A vortex that sucks the opponent in and sends them flying out somewhere else.
- Dimension Portal - A technique that take a lot out of me. I can create a portal that leads to another dimension.

Fire Element -
- Flare - My whole body goes up into flames over 500 degrees Celsius.
- Ashes of Hell - The second my flames touch something, it turns to ash, depending on how strong it is.
- Kagutsuchi's Beam - I send a beam of fire at the opponent, going through nearly any object. The more dense the object, the bit longer it takes to get through the object.
- Flame Metal Skin - Smoke poof's around me and as it goeas a way a mithril Flaming armour apears on me, protecting me from taijutsu and ninjutsu.
- Demon Shuriken Blast - Makes 100,000 demonic flaming shurikens attack apponent.
- Fire Wolves - I send wolves of fire at the opponent. They are much faster then lightning. There heat can burn through most things and most metals.

Water Element -
- Ultimate Water Form - I can use all the moisture/water in the area as my weapon. If there is a puddle under you I can manipulate the water and wrap it around the opponent. I can also freeze the opponent. ((This jutsu is also associated with the wind element.))
- Water Spike Dance - Using the water around, I can turn them into spikes that will try to insert into the opponents body.
- Water Gun - I shoot a huge, ongoing amount of water at the opponent, trying to wash the opponent and even crush them in the pressure of the water.
- Water Wolves - I send wolves of water at the opponent. The wolves pretty much do te same as the earth clones except that there speed is much faster.

Earth Element -
- Earth Barrage - Thousands of earth spikes come out of the ground, trying to pierce the opponent.
- Earth Body - Using the earth element, I can harden my body,making me able to take more hits.
- Underground Submarine Voyage - Using the earth element, I can sink below the ground and quickly travel through.
- Earth Wolves - Wolves made out of pure granite. They come from anywhere I want. These wolves will bite, causing your blood to flow quickly and also they just use there brute strength to attack the opponent, like crushing them against the wall or pushing them aorund.

Lightning Element -
- Chidori - A lightning jutsu with lightning around my hand. It can easily go through metal.
- Raikiri - A stronger and faster version of chidori.
- Lightning Bolts - I can send bolts of lightning coming from the sky at the speed of lightning.
- Electa Wolves - I send wolves of lightning at the opponent. If touched, the opponent will be severely chocked and also numb. They move at the speed of lightning.

Wind Element -
- Wings Of Anemoi - Using the wind around me and barely any chakra, I can create wings of wind.
- Wind Steps - I can use nearly no chakra and with that I can walk around on the air.
- Wind Wolves - I send wolves of wind at the opponent.
- Wind Barrage - I manipulate the wind causing a bunch of wind going at the opponents direction from all sides, trying to cut the opponent with the wind and also crush them with the sheer pressure of the wind.

Darkness Element -
- Dark Blast - Sends a giant and very fast beam of darkness at the opponent.
- Dark Wolves - I send wolves of darkness at the opponent. If touched, your chakra system will be messed up for a small while.

Light Element -
- Celestial Burst - Send light chakra all over my body. The light is very hot and can melt many things such as objects 100x the strength of steel. My speed also increases to that of 3/4 of light speed. ((The speed part is only +1/4 of light speed right now since I'm a genin.))
- Light Wolves - I send out wolves of the light element. They are very hot and can run as fast as the speed of light. There main purpose is to confuse the opponent by moving very fast and burning the opponent by the heat of the light.

Magma Element - (Fire + Earth Elements Create Magma)
- Magma Wave - I send giant waves of magma at the opponent.

Ice Element - (Wind + Water Elements Create Ice)
- Ice Barrage - I send giant balls of ice at the opponent, and if any of them touch anything, the object touched by the ice balls will freeze. (Same as the regular ice ball jutsu except it sends more at once)
- Iced Territory - I slam my palm onto the ground and the whole ground becomes icy.
- Ice Spikes - If there is any ice or water on the ground, I can turn them into iced spikes.

Non-Elemental Jutsu -
- Rasengan - A rasengan. A spiraling ball of chakra. ( I can insert an element into it making it stronger such as lightning)
- Chakra Absorption - It lets me absorb chakra by touching the other person, even if touched slightly.

Medical Technique - (These healing technique may associate with one or more of the elements. I will state the element if it is in there but I will not put it into the list of jutsu with its element)
- Healing Palm - Heals nearly all minor wounds.
- Hygea's Teachings - A very advanced healing technique that can easily heal all minor wounds. It is also effective against very fatal and serious wounds.
- Asklepios' Hands - Another very advanced healing technique. It is much more affective than Hygea's Teachings and can heal very fatal and serious wounds much quicker, though it wont be too quick.
- Healing Burst - A technique that heals all the dead cells in my body/my friends body. It uses more chakra to heal my own body. It also uses a quite an amount of chakra (not a very big amount though) but I can use it a fair amount of times during battle.

Summoning Technique -
- Tech Bird - A summoning discovered by my father. After watching him train with it, and after I killed my father, I learned to summon it. This bird can talk, fly, heal, uses the lightning, dark and fire element, and is a data freak. It loves ot learn things and eats data as its upgrade. The more data, the stronger. It can shoot a beam, turning stuff into data to absorb.
- Enlightening Bird Flock - I can summon a flock of birds with the light element. They come in sizes of 1 cm to 120 in. They use the light element to shoot out strong light attacks and also make a light place dark. There attacks are strong enough to over power other light attacks (Making there attack stronger) and overpower/destroy dark element attacks. They can also shoot out light and the light will heal the person. They can also go close up and use there chakra to heal me/someone by touching them with it (kind of like healing palm). They can also throw a type of liquid from there mouth. The liquid can either be acidic or it can heal. They (I) decide.

And we get mad at a genin who can delete atoms... this guy has an awful lot of stuff. You can direct your attention here Domo.

WTF.... Dude what is this load of bullshit... I'm sorry but even I can't have anything to say to this load of bull. It seems like every god hack power combined into one. But I will earnstly tell you what's wrong with this without much bias. Like I said much bias so excuse me for calling your jutsu list bullshit. 1.) I have no problem with it to this extent. But if it reaches to the realm of how Xzystins, Kham, and Rion I suggest an immediate tone done and stick to speed and only speed to avoid any arguments, since time itself is a very controversial power of being able to resverse, playback, fast forward, stop, travel, and so forth.

2.) I'm tired of Genin elementalist popping out of no where, this is the biased part in case you were wondering, I have no problem with it so far that. But upon further inspection you really do not know how to limit yourself.

3.) Lighting is technically under the branch of being an Elementalist, well a good one at least.

4.) No way in hell, I don't care if it does wreak immense havoc to your body, being able to control and distort an object by fucking with their atoms is just wrong.

Like stated earlier I will add on more.

This guy definitely needs toning down I agree, but this is a LOT to take care of. I'll just leave it up to Domo to figure out what needs to get edited or omitted...

Here's the thing... It seems to me that you seemed to take almost every good thing trait from separate characters from the site, I may be wrong but that's how it seems to be to me. Also, please do not take this too harshly, I'm not trying to suffocate your creativeness rather limit you till further notice, Meaning you could just take out some moves temporarily till you hit a higher rank.
You did take out the stuff I suggested and I appreciate that but on the other hand you haven't looked over your entire jutsu list completely.
There are many things you could use to tone down and I would say your jutsu list would be that of an Anbu's at this point because not many people around your level would be able to deal with type of moves.

The elemental wolf summons seem fine to me, but this is a suggestion I would consider you following: Start off with 2 elements and ask an elemental master to train you in the other "Basic Elements". I only say this because of the people complaining, myself, about genin elementalist when people have worked and earned for their elements. Of course you don't have to take my advice but I would have no problem helping you learn/regain the elements you so require if you choose to take this course of action.

1.)Your Transportation
I'm pretty sure there was a ban on warping, dimensions, and the use of dimensions because of Tigen ((Only person allowed to use dimensional/dimension energy because of Nightmare)) but you might want to clarify with Lucius.

That will be toned down to where it reduces the damage taken but not protecting you completely, sorry if that was your intention but if it is more description for your opponents would be nice.

This is going to take a shit load of chakra considering they might small because they're shurikens doesn't hide the fact that they add up and create a toll on your overall chakra.

Make a specific radius around yourself that this is applicable, 10 meters should be a nice number, and increase the range as you rank. But you will not and cannot control the entire atmosphere's moisture/water in the area otherwise you'll deplete your chakra. Your max range ,as in when you hit Sannin and if you're good enough, is probably around 10 miles.

Just reduce the number of earth spikes, it applies exactly like the fire shurikens.

Just remove this for now and add it later when you have a higher rank.

Not every one can match the speed of lightning, which is approximately the speed of light and I will elaborate that further when I hit that section.

The thing I suggest is the speed of light... No one is going to like a genin able to zip around at the speed of light, even your reduced form of 3/4 the speed of light or 299,337,984 meters/second, which is still surpasses the speed of sound. Indeed this would be able for an elemental master but you should probably reduce the speed to 1/1,000,000 the speed of light which should put you at around 299 meters per second which is still fast, and then you can take away one zero each time you rank up that get's you closer to the speed of light.

Example:
Genin: 1/1,000,000 of 299,337,984 meters/second = 299 meters/second
Chunin: 1/100,000 of 299,337,984 meters/second = 2,993 meters/second
Sp. Jounin: 1/10,000 of 299,337,984 meters/second = 29,933 meters/second
Jounin: 1/1,000 of 299,337,984 meters/second = 299,337 meters/second
Anbu: 1/100 of 299,337,984 meters/second = 2,993,379 meters/second
Sanin: Speed of light = 299,337,984 meters/second

Reasonable yes? Which also relates to the Electa Wolves moving at the speed of lightning.

Specify the amount you absorb. if not take it off otherwise people will complain of being god hacking by a simple punch or grab to drain most of their chakra. And should be removed till you hit a higher rank, as said by Akarui, Sp. Jounin and only when you find someone to teach that tech to you. If that person isn't found to teach you, I would find it reasonable to remove it till further notice.

Don't allow your summons to heal till you learn to heal yourself. Also light can't really overpower another light, they merely pass through each other. But the acidic liquid is a nice touch.

Good god Domo you really waisted half the day on this guy jutsu?

I was bored... And there was nothing wrong with helping someone fix their jutsu list so please don't call it a waste. I'm pretty sure you had a tough time RPing your first time and knowing what you can or can't do. If you didn't congrats on being perfect.

But try reading over it and see if my suggestions fit your qualifications since I don't seem to have authority as an Admin anymore.

The first I wanted to kno is the whole chakra absorbtion thing shouldnt he wait till he get a higer rank like sp. jonin before even attempting to absorb chakra from someone else?

And that water element te whole can manipulate the water around me and use it as a weapon is a bit much for a genin to me but someone can over rule me but other wise nice job

Um, not to be rude or anything....but some of these moves I have, just to let you know.....like I have wolves of each element, and can combine the elements into almost any secondary element..., including lava, and ice....

Thats the thing with elementalists, you must realize someone is always biting you that way, which is why I don't recommend them. Although, you are right about the wolf summons.

I dont seem to remember anyone else before now that could mix the elements like me...Shiro never did, but thats fine I guess .................the wolves though, not so much happiness there..... :evil:

Umm, lets see....Anyone who uses fire basically uses Lava, like all water users on this site can use ice as well. Combining elements is extremely simple, especially for any and all elementalists. Ask Domo to tell him to...wait, you could ask Vax your self.

I can combine elements.... I just choose not to at least not for easy matches.
