history: never knew his parents and raised in the mountain forest by his own choice, he killed beasts for food, ate grass for food if he ever had no selection in food and stole from the odd passerbyer and learned the way of the thief. He also learned combat use with spears, axes, and unarmed, as well as 4 Justus once he found some items to be used as makeshift weapons. During training he also inhabited a saying he follows “take what u wish and give what u can”. His Justus were learned by weight training, he attached weights to every limb he had to move fast and hiked with all the weights on tiring him in the short run but became stronger and faster and soon his wrists, ankles, and even torso had 25lb weights on in total able to hike with slight trouble only with an extra 125lbs on him which in turn gave him the rapid stab storm jutsu, thousand thieves jutsu, speed hike jutsu, and mimic Axe jutsu. His lightning grasp jutsu came from an unknown source which originated somewhere within him all he knew about it was if he focused his hand sparked and charged with volts of electricity able to stun or even kill a man if say the man was soaked in water. Ow he resides in town training to be the best.

Jutsu explanations

rapid stab storm
-this jutsu allows him to move at a blur and thrust a spear at a rate of 10 thrusts per 2 seconds but if held for more than 10 thrusts it is tiring on his body thus making it a 10 thrust maximum only without penalties

mimic Axe
-this jutsu allows the Axe to move at a pace that makes a duplicate of the Axe slashing not once with 1 Axe but twice. But this jutsu is only usable by 1 Axe and is currently unable to use with 2 one handed axes

thousand thieves
-this jutsu allows him to maneuver his hands at blurring speed which to the naked eye (yes even a sharigan if people use those) the image of a thousand hands grabbing at multiple areas, this jutsu is primarily used for disarming or pickpocketing some1 who is knowledgeable of his position but with this jutsu only 1 of the hand images is a real hand it cannot currently be used with 2 hands

lightning grasp
-this jutsu channels his chi/chakra to form lightning within his hand to last for 5 seconds only and if gets close enough to 1 organic being the usual effect of it is to stun but can kill if electricity is amplified by water, metal, etc

speed hike
-this jutsu allows him to travel at great distances dashing at max speed at 60mph and at a slower speed travel easily through rough terrain where typically people who have not traveled there ex: branches, bushes in the way, thorn bushes, etc)

1 thing i feel i should say this character the name yes i did use from togari and the last name is well kinda obvious where its from but the style and looks i based off the clan in 9dragons the martial artist mmorpg but toned down the strength but i didnt copy it exactly heck only rapid stab storm jutsu is based off a toned down version of a technique the clan gets but others are my creation. the fact he gets such speed in his style is based off the idea of the clan tho but not exactly im not a copy cat,
