He smiled, tipping his fedora upward. The pipe hung at the side of his mouth as he stepped in, exploring the vast underground that was the lab itself. The rest of the building was vastly empty, providing many opporitunities for other workspace or even perhaps a few homes.
The first thing people saw as they walked in was the lobby, connecting the underground to the upper ground, also demonstrating the building's sheer power.
There would of course be stairs leading upwards to the balconies and elevator; the ground floor was purely for shameless display ad boasting power afterall...
The next level was more clear, on floor 1. This housed the many, transportable vats bustling with chakra and lifeforce collected from fighters, now through an automatic atmospheric system, for the conversion of chakra into weaponry fuel.
One floor below on B1 was Sedgar's main workstation, where he would receive orders from others personally onscreen, with a transportation system for the vats of raw chakra from the upper floor. Also provided a very nice, scenic view of the Villages via high definition screens and cameras.
Of course, the facility also included its own, very personal drone, designed by Sedgar himself of course. Then again, everything was made by Sedgar in these grounds..
On the lowest floor of the building was the central driving force of the labs, containing a concentrated and direct feed of Chakra from Vescrutia itself. Yet it was completely environmentally sound, considering the constant trickle back of chakra into the planet by fighters of the villages daily..
Finally, there was an elaborate system of camera drones floating in and around the building, as well as a high-powered defensive series of chakra emitters on all sides of it should anything threaten it. They would produce nearly impenetrable shields, while the cameras simply made sure the chakra emitters wouldn't need to be used in the first place.
