I think it's time for me to Rank up......

"Oh, so he wants to prove himself now..." Skye would be walking towards Lin, a grin on his face. It was perhaps time for him to actually do something around here, and ranking this guy would be the start...

"That's the way I look at it" smiling "s\So what am I goning to do to rank up"

"What you have to do..?" He chuckled at this.. what did people have to do in all ranking exams? "Kid, all you gotta do is show me that you've WAY passed the level of Genin!"

"Fine then...but don't call me kid"Lin's lighting whip comes in his right hand and he swings it at Skye hoping to hit him first

Skye waves a hand to backslap the lightning bolt, his own hand cackling with some lightning chakra. The bolt is sent to the side, hitting nothing and doing no harm whatsoever.

*Chuckles*"...."Lin thens rushes toward him and trys to kick him with his left leg high and if he misses that kick he trys to kick him low with the right leg

Not moving an inch, Skye grabs the Genin's left ankle as he makes the kick, giving him absolutely no chance to come back with his right leg. He then throws his body straight forward onto the ground, kicking up quite a bit of grass and dirt.

Lin spin kicks himself off the ground and trys to trip Skye and if he misses he trys to hit him with his lighting attack that comes out of the sky above them

Skye takes a step back to avoid the breakdancing-like kick towards his feet, and grins as the lightning approaches. He raises a hand as yellow-white energy forms in it, taking in the lightning, while his other hand extends towards Linomaru, completely redirecting the lightning bolt straight to him.

Moving to the side lin uses Zip to try and grab skye..if he does grab him lin trys to get him with his reality reconstrution Kekki Genkkai

((Both of those abilities are illegal at your rank, so I'll pretend like Zip is slower and Reconstruction doesn't exist.))

Allowing the Genin to grab him, Skye just frowned as his body charged with golden energy. It would quickly seep into Linomaru's hands that were holding him, burning and purifying his very soul, smothering even his own chakra bases.

"I'm gettin' real disappointed here..."

"uhh...what is this?" Lin stepping back from skye holding his arm "Fine then I'll get serious...."rasies his hand and call out his sword Sito the sword come from behind Skye and trys to hit him and come to lins hand

Hearing the sound of speeding metal from behind him, Skye would dart to the side and grab the blade nicely on the handle, keen eyes having caught it mid-motion. He sighed..

"Never bring your weapon so close to the enemy if it's not being held..."

"hmh..." Lin moves his fingertoward him and the blade starts to move skye closer to lin "See I have control of my blade and it only comes to me no one else>..." he snaps his fingers and spikes come out the sword and goes thou skye's hand

"Is that so.."

Still holding back the force of the blade's attraction to Linomaru, Skye sends his own shockwaves through his arm to negate those of his blade.

"Well then, perhaps I should teach you a stronger lesson."

With bright blue light, Skye's arm erupts into an electrical maelstrom, sending all of his built up lightning chakra into the blade and devouring it molecule by molecule into finely grained, blackened ash.

"Next time, never allow your opponent to gain coltrol for even a minute."

"..." Once again rasing his hand lin calls on his second blade Hito but this time it land in his hand he then cuts himself and lets his blood go down his arm and then a wolf shaped figure appears from out of lin's blood puddle "I like you to meet someone her name is Nese the Shadow wolf...."using his blood reconstrution jutsu lin heals his cut but there is still a scar "now Nese" the wolf run toward skye and lin is following behind it the wolf jumps and trys to bite skye and lin swengs his sword at skye trying to hit him

As the two come rushing towards Skye, he draws Progenitus from his belt and extends him around his arm to become the full Soul Weapon capable at the moment. In one diagonal and upwards strike, he hits the wolf's biting jaw as well as clashing with Linomaru's own blade.

Pushing forward lin at skye lin use his Heaven Blade Jutsu and converts it to his sword thus shocking himself and skye as their metals clash Nese trys to bite skye once more thus getting shock as well

Progenitus glows green around his arm, and a strong, green-hued wind encircles both Lin and Neese to send them away from Skye. Around them the wind has a force like a hurricane, yet on the inside all remains normal. Like a sphere-wall of nothing but wind. Furthermore, the eectric energy emitted from Lin was trapped in the dome, making it all the more dangerous to attempt to penetrate.

"Nese!!"Lin calls out to the wolf "Shadow shift!!"Nese then turns into a shadow and moves to skyes shadow and her shadow still in the vortex she whiches places with skye and now skye and lin are in the hurricane like vortex then lin swing his blade at skye once more

"Oh, that was a mistake.."

Easily parrying his blade, Skye exerts some force this time to send Lin backwards. Progenitus now begins to glow bright orange.

"You see, my body can tolerate high amounts of heat and burning. While yours.. well, I'm not so sure."

Raising his bladed arm into the air, five pillars of fire came sideways from Progenitus and spread onto the wall, adding to the array of elements this hurricane held. The wind only sped up, further increasing the oxygen intake and fuel for the budding fire.

"Don't think you can escape now.."

"mhm...this is fun....." Taking his fighting pose lin calls his 3rd sword Mito to his hand lin has two blades in his right and left hands "Now then...Lets play some more"show that the heat is getting to him lin rushes at skye once again "......without water I can't use my water style jutsu"Lin thought swing his blade once more at skye
