*facepalm* OK, ill just be ignorant and ask. What the hell is black lightning? What is it composed of. what kind of chakras is it made out of? how do you use it? Its obviously not a basic element if its black, so what the fuk is it?

Hm, I'm not very fond of this move with when the person hears the roar is instantly paralyzed...

Not very much people use Genjutsu and it's quite very hard to trap someone in one, especially someone of higher rank, I'm not sure what other people think of these two, but everything else is Approved

Roar is a vibration its not a hear if u can escape the range,,,ull be fine it sends a vibration through the foe body

Alright, but another question before I reapprove with Roar, what's the range of it's frequency since it's a vibration? Will it entirely flood the field? Does it move slowly how fast does it go?

I infuse chakra in my lung and lets it loose like i have to use alot of chakra too make it go far

anyone who can move faster than the speed of sound should be fine. but the roar should travel in a general direction or have some sort of path way it takes. Like if I were to roar the resulting shockwave would travel ot wards like a funnel from my mouth.

OH you're not doign that. We just want everyone to be as detailed as possible so we have no complaints on to how the hell you just did something ya know? Casue lately we've been getting people who are vague as to how they are able to do their own techiniques. SO no worries. We just want everything to be as "legit" as possible. Trust me alot of people go through this so you're not the only one. XD

Ha, its funny, when Domo looks over a jutsu list, its done in like, 2 or 3 posts, but when its other people, it expands over two pages long xD Looks like Kham is right, Domo's Magick Powuhs are needed, but he is absent for now xP Welcome *checks name* Kina, I hope you will fit in with this place =]

To me it seems like a stunning technique like that should have a limiting range at your rank, my suggestion is 20feet radius and as you get a higher rank so does the range. Sounds fair enough to me. Let me know if you do agree and if so just add it to your first post for the extra description.
