~Twilight Dinner~

Tomoyo led Kai to the tavern, the skt turning purple as the stars shone. She sat down at a booth, where a large window was...she could see all the stars. She smiled and gestured for Kai to sit down.

*i sit down and take a look around. i look out the window and smile. it was beautiful out, the stars now visible*

Tomoyo smiled watching Kai. Menus were layed out, and Tomoyo thanked the waiter, flipping through it. Hrmm....She really didn't need to eat...But these sounded tasty...>>

*i look down at the menu and read it*
hmmmm...
*i scratch my head. just reading the menu was making me hungry*

Tomoyo chuckled, picking something at random from the menu. "Shriiiiimp....Mmmmm..." she said, chuckling.

hmmm, uuuuh...i'll have a steak i suppose *i smile as my stomach grumbles*

Tomoyo blinked, then laughed. "Looks like I brought you out for food at the right time...you sound like your starving..." she commented before gving the waiter their orders.

yeah, i havent eaten in weeks
*i sigh as i smile*
i usually can go longer than that

Tomoyo chuckled. "Well, I'll be cooking you three meals a day more or less now..." She said, laughing. "I can go completely without eating...Or breathing...I guess its not really nesicarry, but eating makes me feel more human..." Tomoyo said, staring out the window.

*i look out the window at the purple sky, my eyes changing that color as well. i often forgot tomoyo wasnt necessarily human. heh, but as far as i was concerned, she was*

"Good~" Tomoyo said, turning back from the window, smiling. At that moment, a plate of shrimp was placed before Tomoyo and a *however it was cooked* steak for Kai. She smiled, cracking the shells of one shrimp. "Because I'm a decent chef~"

*i smile as i start cutting my steak*
well, i look forward to it ^_^

Tomoyo chuckled, smiling. "So~ I haven't seen you in too too long..." she said, remebering their reuninon at the Bar. "So what've you been doind~?"

*i smile*
you know, believe it or not, i've been kind of laid back...i mean, besides being hospitalized again
*i look out the window as i remember the fight with dias/orochi. i look back to tomoyo and give a reassuring smile*
but nothing to worry about. im alive and kicking
*i laugh a little*
other than that, i finally have a zanpaktou. the question is: what have YOU been doing?

"Me?" Tomoyo asked, frowning. "Well....training, mostly....Battling....Trying to be...'tough'..." she said, smiling softly. "Most of all, I still need to find the spirit of my sword...It's told me it's name, but....I've never seen it...." she said, sighing as she explained her Zanpakto situation.

hmmmm...thats kinda odd if you ask me. hey, at least your spirit doesnt kick your ass whatever chance it gets
*i laugh a little, talking about kyoshi*

Tomoyo smiled. "Well, at least there's something to keep you in check when I'm not there" she commented, laughing. "Yeah, it is strange. I'm going to ask Master Akarui about it...Maybe he can help..."

*i smirk*

Tomoyo rolled her eyes. "You'd kill yourself if you didn't have someone to keep you in check..." she joked, grnning. She nodded. "I agree~"

yeah, that sounds about right
*i take a bite of the steak and nod*
akarui knows what hes doing

Tomoyo chuckled, munching on a shrimp. "He does. I respect him very much..." she said, nodding. "He's a good Captain~"

*i nod*
he is, ive known him for a while

She smiled. "No wonder Ayaka-san made him her Big Brother..." she said, chuckling. Ayaka never ceased to make her laugh...

*i look out the window at the sky*

Tomoyo chuckled. "But I'm luckier. I have my strong ANBU, Kai-kun...And I'll always have his back to watch....And I'm plenty happy eith that..."
