Sound doesn't surpass time, so therefore there is no explanation for that "X" lvl speed in my opinion.

I'll allow A rank speed, I believe that's the perfect location for you.

I honestly think it should be B,but Im not going to push it.

Well the way I was looking at it was that if

X = speed that makes time it's bitch. Then...
S = speed of light
A = breaking the sound barrier multiple times
B = speed of sound
C = equals above average
D = average

If I'm wrong in this and breaking sound barriers would fall lower than "A" rank, then excuse my mistake, it's just that was my line of thinking.
