About ten years ago Shao Kahn was an assassin of the Lin Kuei clan,Shao Kahn is skilled in the art of kombat and and commands the power of the satsui no hado he assumed the mantle of Shao Kahn when his brother was killed by the ninja specter edge in the same fighting tournament that jin kisaragi wan.Shao Kahn struggles with his conscience and questions the methods of his clan.he will one day have to make a choice between loyalty to the Lin Kuei and the safety
of his people.
