Travels through earth and other objects originating or bound to it(trees, rocks, etc.)
Through the use of his Kekkei Genkai, Inari does retain the ability to travel through photons(i.e. light). This is the reasoning behind the S speed rank.
A goddess lives in his back as well. She is capable of each and every one of his techniques and can act as a source for his chakra pool and other techniques that use it.
Dusty Plasma is another ability Inari acquired, however this has not been factored into any of his abilities above. (i'll let the higher ups figure that out)

Inari doesn't act like a douche, and uses his jutsu with the most extreme of fairness. He knows how to take a loss. Please do not become intimidated by his supposed "strength" levels.
