Once released, Shinkon Raikou transforms into a staff which can extend, and retract as seen above. It allows me to manipulate Lightning, Light, and Sound energies/chakras (when released, it furthers the power of my lightning). I can use this to create sound-blasts or 'thunder' blasts of sound energy when my lightning element is activated/used. I can also bend, and manipulate light.
