*yasho soon found the hospital adn left miles by the hospital desk then walked out leaving a note written ona piece of paper saying "found this man alone unconcious with strange ill effects please treat, i will gladly pay" *and with the note was a different currency that was not counted here as money. yasho then walked out towards the nearest village called reality hoping miles was treated*
