zero's ability

zero's ability-
death royal- having his limbs float holding his guns around him, he makes it moves super fast in a small circle making the bullets making a ray out of gunshots.
too fast- reloads in less then 0.10 secs
altered DNA- zero's skin on his hands are gone because of his transformation to a death angel so poison damages him slightly
small arm toss- his arms can move freely off of his limbs for a radius of one block.

Hime's ability-
Dragon mod bullet- affects anything it touches it can turn anything into a dragon
dragon summon bullet- shoots a bullet and summons low level dragons from that area
dark body bullet- bullets that can heal only zero and dark users
animal summon bullet- summons a animal (so far only a hawk,shark, or loin) mid way in the bullet shot cannot make contact or its a dud.

ok ^_^. well i probably should have explained it more but it only affects main elements like water,earth,fire, and stuff like that. i shouldn't really have stated anything because that would mean i could turn Ur (lets say) energy blast into a a dragon that i control which i can't. the only thing besides elements that get affected by this bullet would be weapons and me.
with weapons only weapons that are in no way living . like zanpakto and soul partners are not affected. and when normal weapons are hit they would give an energy boost like heavy clunky weapons would turn light but still have its devastating power.
since my DNA structure and been changed i should be the only person to be affected by the bullet and still able to live afterwords. and if it hits me. it will only give me more,speed,power, or defense

its not really full direct quoting but of the show but its kuro hime

Well as it now stands, your persons personality character background and an awful lot of the weapons and techniques along with appearance originate from this individual "Zero" from this series... How you arent direct quoting is beyond me. But you could also be the same dude who direct quoted "Fran" from Reborn and switched the name around along with some powers and became Raven.

I ask that you do this same with this guy...seeing as how you are surpassing the direct quoting limit here
