Oruka Tsushidei would like to join team Chaotic

Oruka would walk in and say"Can I join this team?"

*Akarui would come from the cack and look at the little boy* Depends what is it can you do?

"I can do this."Oruka uses his spiritual pressure to make his bow "I'm a Quincy."

*Akarui's eyebrow would twitch at the word quincy* This team aint for you go somewhere else. *Akarui would place his hands in his pockets as he would leave the chaotic base suspecting oruka to leave as well*

I'm sorry but I can't do that I thought that this was supose to be the team lead by great shinobi but I guess I was wrong about that huh" Oruka said as Akarui started to walk out "And don't single me out because of my race ,cause I'm not like my family I'm better than that"

*Akarui would stop hearing the words made by oruka* This team is lead, and made up of great shinobi like you said, but once again this team isn't for you. My team focuses on the stature of how the shinigami train and all my abilities I have to teach cant be taught to you, so don't think of me singleing you out. It because i literally cant teach you. Oh, thats all you wanted. I dont know about you in general but I could tell you that of the history of quincy's though.. But you still cant join the team though.

..................I have no idea. but seeing as though a quincy and a shinigami are two separate beings im going to say no.
