Following the Map

*After shortly leaving his new home nathan would make his way towards the darkness lands on of the oh so many places he has yet to go through as he would look around at the weirdly formed buildings and landscape as he would continue on following the map*

Takai would appear in the Darkness Lands and fallow behind Nathan looking around the area.

Takai- So ho much further until we make it to were we need to go Nathan-san?

*Nathan ears would twitch as he turned around to see takai* "Huh so it was you then." *looking down at the map nathan would toss it over to takai* "sorry not so good with maps so lead the way then." *nathan would move aside and let takai go on first*

Takai would catch the map and then begin to walk in front of Nathan fallowing the map. Furiko's crystal would also appear and float a few feet in front of Takai scanning the area to make sure no strange creatures got the drop on them.

Takai- Well according to the map the area should be a little further up.

"Alright then." *nathan would be walking causally through the path behind takai as he looked around keeping his senses on sharp just encase something happened*

Takai would walk a few more minutes and then stop and then look around.

Takai- Well according to the map what ever type of creature we are looking for is around hear somewhere so stay on guard everyone.

Takai would then roll up the map and place it in his pocket while he began to slowly walk around the area trying to find the creature first before it could have a chance to sense and ambush the group.

Out of nowhere, 5 Dark Flan would slither out of the darkness, taking their gelatinous forms and revealing piercing, yellow eyes.



(Pretend it's colored purple or black)

The Dark Flan would begin to whip out portions of their bodies at the two, 2 in the back charging up to cast some sort of magic...

"What the...." *Nathan would run in front on takai while whipping out his chain scythe as he began to add fire chakra in the blade. As he would then start to rotate it around his body as it would seems as rings of fire were formed around his body as he would use this to block the blobs of body parts coming at the the two of them. taking note at the two behind them charging up something, Nathan would yell over to takai.* "There planning something back there!!"

Takai would nod and lode Furiko's crystal in to the holder and then fire. The crystal would go though the fire and become covered in flame. Takai would mix some of his soul energy though the wire causing the flames around Furiko to become a dark purple as the rocketed pass the first 3 moving toward the 2 in the back. The crystal would the turn and then circle around the two Dark Flan before shooting high into the air causing the fire covered wired to come closing into the Dark Flan trying to cut and burn the Dark Flan to nothing but souls. Ask for the 3 Dark Flan in front Takai would stomp his foot causing a large amount of yellow paralyzing poison to erupt under them trying to keep them from moving.

The 3 Dark Flan in the front would disperse as the poison came up, then reform elsewhere on a wall. The 2 Flan that were being assaulted by Takai with fire would also disperse their bodies, then reform in the air, releasing the magic that they were charging, which was Darkra, a level 2 magic of the Dark attribute, which releases a HUGE explosion of darkness all across the area. Using the exploding darkness as their cover, the 5 Dark Flan would converge together into one giant Dark Flan and try to smash Takai and Nathan by stiffening their bodies and crashing down with great force.

*Nathan would take out his ring and places it on his finger, as bright blue colored flame emitted from the ring as it spreads throughout my chain scythe . As he began to twirl the chain in a circular motion the flames began to intensify as he let out a a single slash as an arc of rain flame emerging from the blade would slice through the Darkra rendering it useless, as he would then spin releasing a more bigger arc aiming to the one giant Dark Flan, hoping to destroy this in one shot. *nathan would begin to breath heavily from using the ring like that*

Takai would watch as Nathan destroyed the darkness attack and would then see the giant Dark Flan. He would then reel Furiko's crystal back and then fire it toward the, although the crystal would then glow with soul energy and then grow in size and begin to spin creating a large twister of soul energy that would mix with the rain flame slash and try to suck in the giant Dark Flan and destroy it.

The Flan would be ripped apart from each other, the Rain Flame reducing them into nothing but 5 souls to be split (somehow) between the two of them.

Just then, 3 sets glowing eyes could be seen on a wall, staring directly at Takai and Nathan... They were Basilisks.



Unfortunately for Takai and Nathan, the Basilisks could use their signature move, Gradual Petrify to turn both Takai and Nathan to stone unless all 3 of them were taken out within 10 turns... As well as the other creature that seemed to be protecting them.. Many more eyes began to gleam in the darkness before a blob-like creature bestowing all of these eyes made itself apparent... the Hecteyes.



It would attempt to use its Hypnotize ability on Takai and Nathan, just looking into even ONE of its eyes would instantly put them to sleep, thus letting the effects of the Gradual Petrify made by the 3 Basilisks behind it take effect in 10 turns...

*Nathan feeling the presences of other beings would turn over with his blade glistening as the reflection of the monster can be seen within the scythes as as he would use the left scythe to reflect the hypnotism like thing back at the 100 eyes...type...creature, and his right scythe to the three eye creature hoping that both of them would be hypnotized*

Takai- Smart thinking Nathan-san.

Taka would stand behind Nathan so he would not look the monsters in the eyes ans would then fire Furiko's crystal which would go past Nathan who was facing the monster. The crystal would spin and surge with soul energy creating a large twister that would try to suck up and shread the monster to nothing but souls. Also Takai would place his hands on the ground and causing a large gyser of yellow paralyzing poison to erupt around them creating a large dome giving them no where to run as the twister moved closer toward them. If the monseters wanted to get out the would have to go though the poison and end up becoming paralyzed.

The Basilisks behind the Hecteyes would all use Slow at the exact same time, thus making everything in the area except for themselves and Hecteyes go extreeeemely slowly by slowing down the space and time around the entire area. Since they did it altogether, it was more potent than if one did it. Thus, the Hypnotize being given off by Hecteyes could be stopped before it did any damage and the poison would be moving so slowly that it would be no threat at all as of now, thus the Basilisks would jump off of the Hecteyes and out of the range of the paralyzing poison before it would encase them, thus sticking to a high wall, watching the battle from below. Next, the twister, which would also be moving incredibly slowly as of now... The Hecteyes could take care of that. All of its eyes would begin to glow at once, staring at the twister, and as it stared, its power would begin to diminish... This was the signature ability, Eyesight, which would drain the energy and life of whatever it looked at, which wouldn't be good for the hopefully slowed Takai and Nathan. If it looked at them both, their powers would slooowly be drained from them and into the Hecteyes, thus the Hecteyes would gain more power.

As Takai began to feel his energy begin to be drained since the Hecteyes did not move from where it was standing the poison although moving slow would cover the monster both blocking it's view of Takai and Nathan but also paralyze it to. The crystal would then enter the dome of poison should hit the Hecteyes just enough to be stuck in it's skin. Takai would then sign and the crystal would glow and explode with fire trying to engulf and burn the Hecteyes to nothing but a soul. Still left in a slow state Takai would move over toward Nathan and then dig his hands into his back. From Takai's hand a large amount of poison would then begin to flow into Nathan's body, however instead of making him ill or killing him the poison would cause Nathan's nervous system to rapidly grow. Although in normal conditions this could cause a person's body to completely shut down until the poison was removed with the slow down in the space/speed around him Nathan would feel back to his normal speed. Takai would then pull his hand from Nathan's back and then lean over to tell him something.

Takai- Sorry for that but we don't have time to wast I just injected you with a unique type of poison that is slowly raising your nervous system so you can move at normal speeds and maybe speeds beyond that. So I'll keep the monsters distracted while you go in for the kills.

Takai would then slowly turn toward the Basilisks around the area and then hold his hand that had a little of Nathan's blood on the finger tips. Takai would then take a deep breath and release a large could of poison mist though his hand which would mix Nathan blood in it making the mist a crimson red. The mist would cause who ever breathed it to have high fever and dizziness. All though it was moving slowly the cloud was surly enough moving up toward the high areas were the Basilisks where and also the mist would linger at the bottom making it hard for the Basilisks to avoid the cloud. Being mixed with his blood Nathan would be able to freely move though the poison mist and attack the Basilisks. Takai would then look back to check on the condition of the Hecteyes who if still alive would also have to deal with this mist which would also ruin it's view of the area including Takai and Nathan.

*nathan would nod at takai, thinking to him self that he probably has one shot of this and he needed it to count,the rain flame would then ignite as it spread throughout the whole chain scythe as he began to run at an blinding speed while also running changing into lycan form. as he changed into his lycan form his speed was doubled or tripled with the help of the poison as he would twirl the chain causing the scythes to rotate in a circular motion as some rain flame sparks began to hit the Basilisks and hectaeyes as well. a chariot of rain flame could be seen charging towards the the two enemies as the chain began to grow larger and larger. nathan would then make a quick spin move releasing both the scythes towards the hectaeyes and the Basilisks traveling at at least mach 2 hoping that this attack could finish off both the enemies. Nathan would collapse going back into his regular form using to much of the rain flame. Hopefully the attack would prove successful or else he could be a goner*

The Hecteyes, though paralyzed, did not move in the first place, and thus could still attack, since all of its attacks had to do with its eyes... Which it would then use all at the same time. Eyesight, Hypnotize, Evil Eye and Flash. Eyesight, which they already knew about, would drain the energy and power/life of whomever or whatever the Hecteyes looked at, which at the time happened to be everything but the Basilisks. Hypnotize, which they also already knew about, would be causing everything that stared them in the eyes to go to sleep. Evil Eye, one of Hecteyes' more powerful abilities, could change whatever it looked at into stone... Thus, if Nathan, Takai and that crystal were to get any closer, even to attack it, the magic from its Evil Eye stare would surely turn them to stone, thus making the Gradual Petrify of the Basilisks to end... And finally, the Flash. A gleam from all of the eyes that would lower the accuracy of all of them, thus making them a little less likely to hit Hecteyes and also, the secondary effects of Flash, which was to cause Blindness and Stun to whomever was caught in the light or saw the light. Even if Hecteyes dies in the process, it wouldn't be dying without giving them some HELL of some bad luck. Whether it dies depends on if their attacks hit while Hecteyes was doing all of this.

The Basilisks would still be using Slow to slow down the mist that came their way, leaping off of walls and such. IF Nathan were to get out of the Hecteyes onslaught, then one of the Basilisks would be hit, but the others would skillfully climb through one of the ruinous windows of the buildings they were scaling. Hit and run's a bitch.

Feeling the power coming from the Hecteyes Takai would quickly reel in Furiko and then unstrap her throwing her out of the way of the attack. Takai would then sign and release a large burst of energy that would cover Takai from the Hecteyes attack. When the energy dies down Takia would be gone from sight out of the view of any of the Hecteyes attacks. As the attacks of the Hecteyes move toward Nathan a large hand of poison would then erupt from the ground and continue to grow to make up for moving so slow and get between the Hecteyes attacks and Nathan. The poison arm would then take the attack and would begin to turn to stone and begin to be drained of energy. Although from under the Hecteyes Takai would erupt from under it in full poison form and would try to engulf the Hecteyes. The poison Takai was now made of would cause the Hecteyes to become completely blind and burn away its eyes right out of the sockets on touch. Also due to the large volume of poison Takia had become even though his accuracy was down the poison should still cover and blind the monster. Takai would then look over and see the petrification to begin to move further down the giant poison arm toward Takai's main body. Although the size of the hand would slow down the petrification ability it would not be long before it reached the main section of Takai.

Takai- Dang it.

From Takai's poison body a large blade of glowing poison would erupt from his chest and slice the arm off and it would be come nothing but stone but it would keep Takai from turning into stone. Furiko would then appear and see Takai try and bind the Hecteyes and would then aim her hand and fire a large glowing crystal toward the monster. If this crystal is able to make contact with the Hecteyes or it will release a large explosion of soul energy that should engulf and destroy the Hecteyes. She would also fire a wave of crystals toward the Basilisks to keep then distracted so Nathan could attack them on their blind spots.

*Nathan would begin to rise from his feet as his regeneration factor was kicking in a he looked behind him and saw that takai was giving him a chance to attack. He would rise to his feet and close his eyes as yumari came to his hands in her ninjablade form* "Renaissance of Souls." *With his eyes closed he began to resonate with yumari as she transformed into a light saber like blade that was the height of the average katana. With his eyes close his other senses became quite acute as could hear the monsters steps and everything. as he would take a step forward towards the monstrous sounds he heard and began to make thousands of slashes of soul energy and his wavelength thanks to the unlocking of his speed around the area as he returned towards the side where takai was. The Slashes he made were glowing as he snapped his fingers as a large explosion of soul energy erupted from each slash he made against the monsters. now the question ws did they survive or not*

Because of the onslaught of attacks, the Hecteyes and 2 of the Basilisks were destroyed... The other, somehow, escapes using one of the other Basilisk's body as a shield... like a little bitch. Regardless, the Basilisk escapes the building and makes its way across another monster... Not part of its initial party, but it seemed like it would stall for the allotted time that the Basilisk needed to escape... 3 more turns. If the Basilisk was not destroyed, then they would be petrified. It would be advised not to worry about the mystery monster and avoid it... If they can. This mystery monster was... THE GIMME CAT!!!



It would stare at Takai and Nathan and screech at them "MEOW!! Gimme your stuff!!"

"Give you our stuff, all we really have our weapons...." *nathan would think about something as he pulled something from around his neck. It was the necklace that held his ring flame. he didnt need it anymore, and it was still a nice shiny piece of metal* "Hey kitty you want this?" *nathan would extend the chain over to the cat*

The Gimme Cat would kindly accept it "Kekeke! Thanks... SUCKAH!!!" It would snatch the chain and then run off somewhere. The Basilisk would still continue en route to some random location deep within the Darkness Lands...

"Shit!!" *Nathan forgot about the basilisk would go into lycan form increasing his speed and strength as he began to take pursuit of the basilisk, he was beginning to catch up cause he had a nice lead ahead of them, so he would then get on all fours making his speed go even faster, as the tribal markings appeared on his body, as the okami storm began to cover his entire body. He looked like an extremely large bullet cause of the speed he was going. he was inches away from the basilisk hopefully he would be able to go right through him and kill him*
