| Mayumi appeared from the swirling mass of shadows that played about the area, Lucifer in her arms. She put the cat down, a tendril of shadow snaking across her sightless eyes, allowing her to sense just shadows. Lucifer dashed off, most likely to reach somewhere safe to watch the fight. "Shall we start?" She asked, blinking once, her eyes adjusting to the Shadow-sight they'd been bestowed with. |

| "I do not wish to do this and I only agreed because I need a favor of Zeik. SO here is how this is going to go. I'm going to come at you with all I have..if you live you did good,if you die...well it goes without saying"
Orca would place his hands on the ground and his bugs would begin to seep beneath the earth.
"So...get ready."
Orca's bugs would have traveled though the earth and would begin erupting trying frantically to grab hold of the girl. The bugs where in the shape of large hands. |

| "I thought Zeik-sama said you weren't supposed to try to kill me..." She said with a laugh, her vision shifting focus with a flash of white, as it always did when Mayumi was in danger. Her eyes narrowed as she saw the shapes of multiple forms traveling beneath the thin layer of topsoil. Making a mental note to keep track of each during the battle, she flitted into her own shadow the instant the bugs erupted from the earth. Appearing behind Orca with her bow drawn, she quickly notched an arrow from the quiver on her back. Cloaking herself once more in shadow, she sunk back into the anti-matter, to make sure her shot would be unpredictable, unless he was using some sort of chakra eye to sense the chakra that she used each time she had to reappear. The arrow flew toward Orca almost before Mayumi had fully materialized, coated in a shadow energy that made it quite resilient to most other energy types. She disappeared again, using the same technique to launch six more arrows, rapid-fire style, in Orca's direction, each with near-perfect aim.
While she was doing this, part of her attention was kept on the shapes she could sense beneath their feet, carefully planning her route to avoid the bugs. |

| Orca didnt need hyper intuition of sharingan eyes to sense and predict the movements of people, instead his body was his defense. Orca had spent most of his life in the wild and sp he has adapted to the ways of the wild. Orca "ace" was his hairs. the hairs on his body where hyper sensitive, they could feel something as light as a feather fall for miles,so these arrows where easy pickins.
Orca with the little time he had would move slightly out the, making the minimum amount of motion to avoid being hit, while steady examining mayumi's arrows. |

| Of course, because of how close he was allowing the arrows to pass, the tendrils of shadow energy that had coated them reached out to Orca, instantly grabbing hold. Depending on his strength, they could do anything from drain chakra to immobilize limbs. Keeping up with her attack for a few more seconds, she suddenly just didn't appear any longer. In a sort of shadow realm, she concentrated for a minute or two. No doubt that now Orca would be suspicious, and already prepared. No matter... Mayumi thought, appearing again, still wary of the bugs she could feel beneath the earth.
Both fire and shadow whipped about her, her snow white hair billowing and robes flying this way and that. She said a few words in a different language; "Usstan lar pholor l' maelthra wund usstan. Ori'gato ilta doer fotus dal l' veldrin lu' chath d' ussta xukuth. Doer! Maelthra d' chath lu' barra!"
Then, in the storm the raged about her, a roar of the dragon was heard. The surrounding fire and shadow came together to form the European, with leathery wings and scaled hide, razor sharp talons and gleaming teeth. Her eyes were a perfect blend of shadow and fire. She spread her wings to their full extent, an ear shattering roar shaking the very ground beneath their feet.
Shadowfyre had grown quite a bit, now towering over the battle field, about two stories tall. Her scaled hide had grown with her, now even more impervious to energies, projectiles, and other weapons. Her talons were even tougher than diamond, and sharp enough to cause major damage. Glaring towards Orca, Shadowfyre's scaled body shifted slightly, a hiss ending the growl. Flicking her eyes over to Mayumi for a moment, she lifted herself into the sky, and Mayumi disappeared into shadow.
Opening her maw wide, a geyser of flame shot forth at a temperature much above that of normal flames. Buffering Orca with the wind from her wings as she hovered, she kept up the relentless torrent, the light reflecting menacingly in Shadowfyre's eyes. |

| Orca took no damage from the arrows residual attack, his eyes had already caught this possible follow up and avoided it accordingly. NOw this dragon however was going to be problematic. Orca knew if he used his ring...even for a second he would be utterly consumed into this battle and the girl might not survive. So he needed something else.
"You are shitting me."
Orca decided this was the time to use his Zanpaktou. He would summon his blade and release it's shikai allowing 50 reapers to fly out his blade and hover around Orca forming there famous shield. The minute the fire collided with the bugs they would be utterly destroyed...however with ones death came two more would take it's place...this form of mitosis would continue to happen requiring very little chakra from Orca. In the end there would be well over 2000 reapers and everything around Orca was in flames, except himself of course.
"Little girl..why do you hide. Do you think it will save you"
Orca had one of the smallest chakra pools in all of vescrutia and if he didnt get some chakra drain from this girl..he would have a very hard time hitting her and he wouldn't be able to use his better moves. So he would have to wrap this fight up quick. |

| While the torrent of fire was completely destroying the battlefield, shadows also rose up. In the flickering light, they had no trouble capturing the bugs, seeking to capture the bugs, seeing as when destroyed, they only seemed to multiply.
Hopefully, with the bugs captured and ported to the shadow realm, Orca would be at a disadvantage. Mayumi appeared, signing quickly. Under her breath, she muttered, "Fire-style, Hell's fury!" Demons seemed to materialize all around Orca, with viciously wicked curved teeth, their jaws hanging at skewed angles, saliva dripping from their yawning maws. The glint in their eyes gave off the feeling of naught but malice.
The demons seemed like an army, their masses spanning for quite aways, Mayumi was lost to his sight within the masses of assembled creatures. The first few leaping at him with a roar attempted to slash with ragged talons that looked like a good infection would set in from any wounds they managed to inflict. Even if Orca managed to cut down the first wave, many, many more seemed to take their places.
Mayumi herself waited beyond her illusion, a hand on the hilt of her Zanpakuto, fully prepared to unleash a counter attack if Orca's defense got a little bit over the top. She hadn't much practice, by she trusted in Daedelus to keep her safe. |

| "This..will have to do."
Orca would light his cloud attributed ring and stick it into one of his boxes, with this a cloud would float out and form another. the two clouds would then float into the sky and begin going though mitosis.
Meanwhile Orca would be on the ground battling the army of zombie things. He would release a decent amount of his kikai bugs to assit him in this assault. the bugs would serve as a decoy while orca jumped into the sky charging his sword with something.
"Nice..but this is the end"
Orca's bugs would continue killing the zombies, while avoiding the shadow energy, his reaper bugs however would try to attract the shaodow energy also acting as a decoy. The cloud orca released would have now multiplied into roughly 50 times this meant there where well over hundred trillion clouds. This took a massive drain on orca and he barely had enough chakra to finish chargin his move, but things where about to change
"..Just....a .little"
The clouds in the sky(that obviously covered the entire battle field and where also stacked) where indeed cloud flames and where forcing the energy in the area to be drained into them. this ment the extra zombies, the flames, the shadow energy where all drain pretty much instantly. this energy was then converted into chakra and revitalized Orca power allowing his to finish the charge on his blade. Orca would fall to the ground knowing Mayumi had no choice but to show her face now.
"...There now for the beast"
Orca directed his attention towards the large dragon and placed his showed at his side he then started to slowly walk up to the thing waiting for it to make it's last move. |

| ((Hmm. I think you might have misunderstood some of my post... No matter... >>))
The illusion beasts just didn't seem to be going down. A few of them, drawn to the bugs but going at light speed (for that's the speed that shadow usually travels, whether it be shadow energy or just shadow in itself) started to transport the bugs to an alternate dimension, Mayumi pulling the strings of the entire illusion expertly, all the while making sure the bugs actually were being removed from the battle. She monitored Orca carefully, not quite understanding how the ring and flames/clouds worked, but she knew that it would more than likely attribute to a mounting attack.
Mayumi kept well out of the way of Orca, her shadow-seeing eyes carefully following him. She found it easy, with the training her grandmother had given her, to keep track of all the bugs, Orca, and concentrate on keeping the illusion. On top of this, she kept up a constant stream of conversation with Shadowfyre, who had kept to the sky. She just hoped that Orca's blood wouldn't be spilled, for that could throw off her concentration quite a bit.
The illusion beasts were more than capable of harming Orca, should he slip up in his defense. For all those that he slew, more poured in to attack him, their advances relentless. Several would claw above Orca, most likely raking him to ribbons if he hadn't set up any defense as he jumped upwards. A forest of salivating jaws and raking claws surrounded him, loud roars impairing his hearing.
Mayumi felt the sudden chakra drain, grimacing for a moment. Letting Shadowfyre drop to the ground beside her, the massive dragon sealed Mayumi in the cavity next to her body with her wing over-top, her scales hopefully repelling most of effects of the cloud flames (for the dragon's scales were impervious to most energies in the first place, and also served as an extremely protective barrier to stop most forms of energy drainage). Even so, Mayumi gathered energy from the shadows around her, quickly replacing what little she had lost. She disappeared in the shadows, leaving a clone in her stead bestowed with quite a bit of the chakra she had gathered.
Shadowfyre herself opened an eye, flashing fangs at Orca as he came nearer. Being such an ancient being, her chakra reserves were quite vast, and this coupled with the protective effects of her scales, allowed her to remain in the condition to fight. Keeping the Mayumi-clone close to her body, she let out a rumbling growl that would shake the very earth beneath their feet. Her eyes watched the man advancing, the second lid flicking over for a moment before she suddenly uncoiled, like a snake striking. Her talons were out and ready to shred him to ribbons, seeing as how utterly she towered over him. She knew better than to use any energy, as it would most likely just be sucked into those clouds. So, she spun, clutching the Mayumi clone in one forepaw, a protective wing hovering over her as Shadowfyre's tail whipped towards Orca, sharp spikes ready to impale/crush/shred. |

| (As with you)
It would see mas though the girl had vastly underestimated Orca power. The clouds in the sky draining property was one of the highest in vescrutia, probably second only to Zeik and a few others. The CLouds in the sky would completely drain any energy into the sky long before it was even a foot away from he girls body. (This means those warping shadow energy things are no more)
"It's my turn!!!"
I deep voice would echo as a large beast would burst out of the ground devouring Orca and avoiding the attacks headed his way by diving into the ground.
"Long time Orca"
It was bagga orca great pact beast,Orca had left him somewhere a while ago. Orca didnt say anything to the bug only gesture for him to take him to the surface from the inside of his belly.
"..same old orca"
Bagga would drop orca off away from all the beast and stand behind orca.
*Orca speaking* Bagga leave at once
Bagga knew that look in Orca's eyes and dug himself into the ground and left the battle field/ Orca then rose the hand holding his Zanpaktou to the sky. The army of shit the girl had summoned was still there and this large group of shit was pissing orca off.
"Mayumi....good bye"
Orca had lost it,he now no longer cared if she lived and was going to use his full force from here on in. Orca's Zanpaktou would continue to glow a bright white with a hint of purple covering it.
"Sounds resonance wave"
Orca would thrust his sword into the sky and with this a wave of self resonating sound would flow throughout the battle field. This wave would of course travel at the speed of sound and would instantly resonate with what ever heard or felt it's power. the wave grew stronger and faster thanks to the power of the cloud flame.
The wave of sound would stretch across 90% of the battle field, laying waste to all opposition in it's path without prejudiceness However when it got close to mayumi the sound would disapate into nothing leaving her unharmed.
"...Impressive. I will continue this fight with you another time...when I kill you if I must. I shall tell Zeik of your improvements and reep my reward. Until next time"
Orca would disperse into bugs and be seen no more.
(I'm super sorry. I was to tired to be posting and A lot got misconstrued. So it wasn't right for you to die because of my mistakes. I'm also considering this fight a ranking exam and promoting you To Jounin. Again I apologizes for the misunderstanding and if you wish for a rematch I shall deliver.) |

| ((That's quite alright. Thank-you for going back and fixing things. I'm also quite grateful for the rank! Thank-you! :3))
Shadowfyre calmly watched as Bagga appeared, still growling, but much softer. Her muscles bunched, fully prepared for any attack the pact-beast might conjure. Orca's order for the beast to leave came as a surprise for the dragon, and her eyes narrowed, knowing he would have something else up his sleeve. She clutched the clone tighter to her body, her one wing flared.
As Orca jumped into the sky, the dragon steeled herself, keeping the clone safely out of the way, while trusting her scales and immediate power to keep her and clone-Mayumi safe. Of course, the wave stopped short, and she let out a snort. Please... That was too easy. What was he planning...?
Of course, it became clear that it was just a test after he spoke, and Mayumi flickered back, the clone falling through Shadowfyre's talons as a swirling mass of shadows, coming back from where it once came and the Chakra rushed back to Mayumi. Just before Orca disappeared, she bowed.
"Thank-you, Orca-sama..." She then straightened, and smiled at her dragon as the bugs that were Orca flew off. "Looks like you helped me yet again. Thank-you, Shadowfyre."
"T'was not a problem, Truthseer... I'm just glad you called upon me." The dragon's eyes softened, almost in a smile. Of course, her good mood was ruined when Lucifer took a running leap to sit ontop of her head. She growled, shaking her head as the little kitten yowled, clinging to Shadowfyre's scales for dear life. "Why must you keep this annoying creature..?"
Mayumi simply laughed, plucking the kitten from her dragon's head as Shadowfyre lowered herself. Mayumi's eyes flashed for a moment, their familiar white taking over again. She now was using Lucifer's eyes to see, and both cat and girl gazed at their scaled friend. "He helps me see, is awfully obedient, sensitive... And cute~!" She laughed, patting Shadowfyre's scaled hide. "You're alright though, right?"
"Yes, I'm fine. And you?"
"Alright... I'm a little tired. Let's head back, shall we?"
"Of course..."
Mayumi clambered onto her dragon's back, carrying Lucifer in her arms. All three shot into the sky as Shadowfyre pumped her wings, heading back toward the Chaotic Palace. |
