And don't ask me. You see that rank title just below my username? Yeah, that labels me as a GENIN WITCHLING.

You can only be ranked by an Jounin or above, I believe...? Either that or Anbu or above.

That 'colour' you have isn't really a colour at all. It's just what accounts get when you first sign up.
