Another scout of Cleff would move into the former team of Chaotic building, seeing how it had been abandoned by everyone on the team... Or, wait, no... According to Cleff's vast information on this planet... THEY DIED. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Technically, Cleff had rights to this building, since he was the only member left of team Chaotic. "It... is all... Mine.... zt...brzt..." Much like with everything else, Cleff released a multitude of cords that sucked out the electricity, data, information and such from the entire place, then begin to warp it into a new building which resembled the ones that Cleff had set up throughout Vescrutia.

"The 5th base of operations... I was not expecting this to bebebebebebe a b-b-base... However... It may be uuuuuuuuseful for an assault... Mechs...?" Cleff would snap his fingers, recreating the mechs in his base in the Twilight and make them here to defend the fort. Next, Cleff would copy each and every one of the digivolutions of his Digimon one by one, as for a decent line of defense. Hmm... What else...? Ah, yes.

Cleff would create shitloads of Medabots to protect the fort, as well, and lots of Megaman Viruses to be used for attacking, too. Next, Cleff set up extremely large copies of the weapons within his wings/body; the Disintegration cannon, the F.L.E.J.I.A.s, the turrets, guns, missiles, nuclear bombs, freeze rays, shrink rays, etc. etc. etc. etc. and I do mean etc. This would be the final base of operations, but instead of actually doing things here, Cleff would just be using this place as a battle station. Using his precise calculations, Cleff would always be able to hit ANY point on Vescrutia at ANY given time... Which is why this is one of the best strongholds he had so far, save for the Chaotic Palace, itself. The Scout floated there, as if it were waiting, retracting its cords... What was Cleff going to do next...?
