Obtaining past characters as spirits

This loophole of obtaining your deceased character as a Spirit partner is here by forbidden, unless You ask Zeik directly. Also using the powers of that spirit will be limited ad the cost of chakra will be double. Also the character trying to obtain the deceased character must be at or above the rank of the deceased.
