Looking for Arachne's lair...

Around the outskirts of the Dusk village, in some odd and random place that seemed to be some sort off tropical rain forest, Mederei would be floating along, trying to determine the exact location where Arachne's barrier was. She was not paying much attention to Hebi, for the sole fact that she was looking for this place... She even set up her Vector Conducted markers so that she'd be able to find her way back if she ever needed to come back.

"Geko.. Where is this barrier...?"

{Hebi would appear sitting on top of Kobura as he would look as Mederei would look around the rain forest trying to find the base which she stated was around in this area. Hebi would look around and would begin to fly around the area on Kobura looking around also. Although when he got near one section of the forest Kobura would turn around without a command for Hebi. Confused at Kobura's actions Hebi would turn Kobura back around toward the forest section but Kobura would simply turn back around. Something about that area was forcing Kobura to turn back because he could sense something about it. Hebi would stand on top of Kobura having him float as close as he could to the area he kept avoding. Hebi would then wave over to get Mederei's attention.}

"Medusa-sama I think I found it."

Mederei looked over to Hebi, quickly noticing the magical force of the barrier ".. Ah, I see. You have found it. Good. You will not be able to get through the first part of the barrier... For, you cannot see it. It repeats reality, time and space by and forcefully flips the one who comes in contact around, to keep those from bumping into the second barrier... The one that keeps everything that finds a way to get through out of there."

Mederei hovered over, then let her snake retract a bit so she could walk. "Stand back." she said brashly, holding her hands up to it ".. Analysis Disassemble." Just then, numerous spiritual Vector Arrows would stab into one focal point of the magical area, disintegrating it in that one point. Mederei would then have it expand by pulling with her Vector Arrows, thus eroding the magical barrier to make an opening where it once was. "Hmph. My Analysis Disassemble may open any barrier. There is nothing they cannot break through."

Mederei would then walk to the second barrier and repeat the process, using Analysis Disassemble to stab into the barrier... However, she needed a LOT more Vector Arrows than before, since it seemed to be very... very strong, then she would erode it and walk through. "Come, Hebi. Walk in the same path I have walked, since you cannot see the barrier."

{Hebi would nod as he dropped to the ground as Kobura would shrink down to his normal size and would wrap around Hebi's neck. He would then fallow the exact same path Mederei used to walk in and would appear on the other side of the barrier next to Mederei.}

Mederei nodded, then would gaze at Arachne's lair... "... There it is. Baba Yaga's Castle. It's some miles away, so we will need to make haste. Even if we, by ourselves cannot be detected... Arachne most definitely has traps around that, if we trigger, she will know that someone has invaded. So watch your step and keep on guard..." Mederei walked, being able to see any sort of magical traps that were around... She already knew that she would have to tell Hebi where these magical traps were, and she would do so when the time came.

{Hebi would fallow behind Mederei step for step to make sure he did not activate any traps and would stay on guard and ready to change his steps if Mederei said he has to.}

As they walked, Mederei noticed something was going on... There was a drastic change in the air. "Stop, Hebi. Make no movements." It felt like... Arachne's wavelength? But how could it be so powerful...? In fact... Mederei DID feel traces of Arachne's wavelength throughout the Dusk Village in its entirety... But she just thought that those were pieces of Insanity spread by Asura... She now saw that it was Arachne. She also felt some sort of powerful magic nearby... There was a river flowing... But to her disgust, she saw magic waste that had spilled over into the river... It even coated the trees.

"... Arachne is using a massive amount of magic, for this magic waste it is producing has coated the trees and polluted the water... This cannot be good. Just make sure not to move."

{Hebi would freeze and would not move an inch waiting to see what Mederei was going to do.}

Mederei had felt the power of something growing deep below the waters... It was something with great magical power around it... The beast would explode from the water, creating a large wave of water coming at Mederei and Hebi, showing its hideousness.



Mederei hissed at it "Hebi, stand your guard! The creatures here must be affected by the magic polluting the water... Geko."

{Hebi would take a guarding stance as he would look over the giant monster.}

"Guess this was not going to be as smooth sailing as I thought."

Mederei nodded "Watch your step, Hebi, for if you don't, you'll inform them we are here... That is, if this gigantic squid doesn't do that first.. Geko." Mederei would make bombs appear all around the air around the monster... These were Kaerei's Geko Geko bombs. Extremely tiny, but they made immense explosions. They would all detonate simultaneously around the monster, trying to blow it to bits.

The gigantic squid would be engulfed in the massive explosions, but would be unharmed by them. It would then raise numerous tentacles from the water and try to crush Hebi and Mederei as well as wrap around them, trying to keep them from moving.

{As the tentacles moved toward Hebi he would then jump in to the air toward to multiple tentacles as his Anti-Akuma Weapon Zugaikotsu would activate and cover his arms in greenish energy that could cause Zugaikotsu and Hebi's arms to become intangible. Hebi would then begin to spin creating a large cyclone of green energy which would be able to pass though the tentacles infecting them with innocence which will cause them to begin to rot. This rotting would continue until the squid was completely rotted as.}

Out of the sky, a random weapon seemed to fall straight down, falling into the demonic mutant magic squid and instantly killing it with a shitload of energy. The weapon, a demonic looking katana, would absorb the soul of the squid and laugh menacingly "Keeeheheheeheh... I need more souls..."

Mederei would signal for Hebi to cease his actions as she inspected the thing that had just fallen from the sky.. "... What was that you said, sword? What was your purpose for helping us? Are you with Arachne...?"

Waru laughed again, floating near Mederei and Hebi "... I said... I need more souls... Arachne? Aaaah... The Spider Witch... Her soul seems like it is quite... Delicious... And you... You are the Snake Witch, Medusa, aren't you? Keeeheheheheheh... Word on the street is, you can provide me with some nice, tasty, insane souls, can you not...?"

Mederei smiled "You seem to be quite knowledgeable, demon sword. Yes, indeed, I can provide you with insane souls.. I can bring you anything you wish. I can even bring you... Arachne's soul... But, at a price. You must join with me and be used by one of my colleagues. If not, you will receive no souls."

Waru thought for a moment, then smiled "Keeeeh, as long as I get some souls, I don't mind at all... I will gladly join your ranks... Just... Give me more souls... Keeeheheheeheheh..." With that, Waru would float near Mederei, showing that she had control over what he was to do, for the moment.

Mederei smirked, ready to head back to her base... "Hebi. We retreat now."

{Hearing Mederei statement Hebi would land back on the ground right where he was standing before, For a moment Hebi would stare at Waru taking note of his power and his mental stability. Although her would snap back to reality and look over at Mederei.}

"Understood Mederei-sama."
