Leia's Mission: Reaping Lupin

+_Leia would be walking through the residential area known as the condos. She had her hands in the pockets of her overly long jacket. Her eyes, being half opened, indicated she didn't feel like being here. It was true of course, she hated fighting. It made her even more tired than usual. The entire place seemed to be construction for one reason or another, she didn't care. She wandered in the night looking for this Lupin guy, bringing out her weapon scroll from her pocket.+_

In one of the ONLY remaining condos left, due to the terrible destruction between Feinne, Val and Nebulon, there was a man... Sorting his assortment of souls... There were quite a few... They were large, in fact. There were 6 large souls being placed in a burlap sack labeled 'SOLZ.' This was... Lupin.



The thief snickered evilly, labeling the bag also as 60.

"Once I eat all of these souls... I'll become a Kishin... Kehehehe... And I'll have so much power..."

+_After walking for a little ways into the condos district, Leia saw a single intact house. She scratched the back of her head before she blinked her eyes. When she opened her eyes they were blazing white. She was using soul perception. She spotted a soul with a silly mask shaped like a bag with the word SOLZ!!!!! In big fat letters. According to the mission specs, that soul fit her target. She wanted to usher ability, Death's Angel to make as quickly as possible, but was a little more tired run normal. So she wasn't up to it. She simply walked toward the house. She was all of 20 feet away from it.-+

Lupin used his excellent criminal hearing powers to listen in outside, hearing footsteps approaching.

"Grrr... Someone I gotta get rid of? Or maybe.. It's one of them Shibusen hounds to take me to the brig!? Or maybe even kill me?! Not on my watch..." He stood up, table-flipped violently, then put the large sack over his shoulders.

"Like hell they'll get my SOLZ!!"

Lupin ran toward one of the windows facing the back of the condo, the opposite side in which Leia was walking toward, and leap out with amazing... criminal skills, somehow landing on his feet rather silently. Then he began to run at also amazing criminal speeds.

+_Once she got to the door, the soul of the person was off. He apparently heard her coming and dashed through the window. She heard the shattering of the glass and she sighed heavily.+_

"And he's off."

+_She sad sadly. Why did there always have to be a struggle she thought? Oh well, she'd was in for an unwanted chase it seemed, and the guy was already speeding with a headstart. She touched her forehead with two of her fingers. This caused her to become wispy and what not. She then vanished instantly and appeared on the side of Lupin while he was running really fast. She stuck out her foot. Moving so fast, she hoped he would just fall. She had made her leg tangible for the time being._+

"Heh heh heh... That hound will never catch--"

Without warning, he tripped... Oh my. But during his fall, using his criminal power and his own momentum, he would land on his feet, smirking devilishly with the sack still in hand.

"Boy. That was close. Can't have them getting close to me..." He started to jump over lots of debris, hoping that the pursuer would become lost in the maze of destruction.

+_Leia sighed as she repeated the process again. This time instead of appearing on the side of him and tripping him, Leia appeared behind him, grabbing his bag while he jumped in the air. She would hopefully slam him to the ground and stand over him, looking him dead in the eyes. She didn't look to enthused.+_

Again, with his criminal instincts, the moment he was about to hit the ground, he tumbled and pushed off of a large chunk of debris that just so happened to be there, just pushing him into a full-speed run once more.

"... Man, I sure am getting the worst luck at the most random times... Lucky for me I've got the skills to pay the bills..."

He didn't realize yet that someone was doing this to him. No matter, he kept running.

"Fuck it..im done being subtle."

+_She said pressing her hand on the ground. Soul energy would be seen swirling about her fingers and digging into the ground. Instantly, scythes of massive size woul surrond Lupin, a dome like shape, this move was called Death's messanger.. There he would be contained. She rose up from her feet and shook her hand abit. She was still getting used to using soul energy so quickly like that. She walked toward the dome he was in, that had scythes from top to bottom, left to right, angle to angle._+

In mid-run, Lupin was halted by the dome of scythes around him. It was rather sudden, but with his criminal instincts, he knew that he'd been captured.

"Damn... I've been caught, huh? Hmmm... Damn Shibusen hound! Luckily, I prepared for this... They don't call me the master escape artist for nothing... TOH!"

In a moment, Lupin and the bag were gone, and just as quickly as they disappeared, they reappeared right outside of the scythe dome.

"Hmhmhmhm... Take THAT Shibusen dog... And since you want to fight so badly, why not fight my assistant in my little trick? The IRON GIANT!!!"

From inside of the top of a fallen building emerged a beast that stood tens of feet tall... At the very least, 100 feet tall... That is, at the least. It stomped on the ground, wielding a sword that was very close to its own height, and larger than any blade in girth. It was the Iron Giant.



It was the one who helped Lupin escape by casting Vanish on him from afar... A very useful ability for an escape artist, non? Why do you think he hadn't been caught before?

"Iron Giant! Do not let her report back to Shibusen! I want you to crush her!"

_+Leia scowled. She scratched her head and marveled at thebig creature. This guy really did have lots of tricks.+_

"Fuckit, I give up. Too tired.."

_+The words from her mouth even seemed restless. She turned around and began walking away. It was too muchwork to kill thebig ass giant and theannoying littel fuck who couldn't stay still. She would tell Shinigami he wasn't here and just get another mission later._+

The Iron Giant, still having orders not to let her escape, would swing its might and large sword a few times before trying to bring it down on Leia with intense power.

Lupin, on the other hand, was wondering why she was going to give up so easily. It actually didn't matter to him, he could easily just flee right now. But his Giant was in the midst of battle. "... Uhhh. Giant..."

_+Leia would the feel the agression in the soul of the giant, indicating an attack. She would leap out of the way of the attack, the force of it shaking the entire planetit would seem, sending a shockwave everywhere. Hopefully it hit Lupin. Leia landed on the blade of the beast, only on one of her feet. Her hands were in her pockets and she was digging in her ear.+_

"Your soul better be worth it."

_+She said as she pointed at the beast. Instantly, a scythe blade would jut from her forearm. She was really tired._+

Lupin was pretty much out of the loop here... He just decided to wait until the Giant was done handling business... It took a lot to get the Iron Giant on his side, so it wasn't like he was just gonna let it go like that... Yeah.

The Iron Giant surged a quick jolt of terrible electricity through the sword a few moments after she landed on it via the power of its Thunder Fist, causing the entire sword to be electrified for a few moments, and then if Leia weren't off of it by then, he'd fling her off.

_+Naturally the thunder fist would cause the giants soul to telegraph that he was going to attack. Leia jumped toward the chest of the beast, not even being able to finish her sentence. She attempted to use the soul menace tehnique she learned from Tear. Filling its entire body with her death soul. If she remebered correctly, all she had to do was connect with the attack in any way. So if the beast attempted to swing his sword at her, the attack would be forced away via the soul menace, so long as Leia's soul wavelength was stronger than it's., right? She hoped she was right, she hated wasted effort. If the attack was indeed repelled she would follow up with yet another strike._+

Though the Soul Menace ability was devastating and was able to make the giant step back slightly, the Death Soul part of it was not exactly the best way to go. It was immune to the effects of 'Instant Death,' one could say. Meaning that the Death Soul would not be useful in the sense of killing it instantly. Instead, as she was about to follow up, it would swiftly grab her and fling her toward the ground, and then quickly follow up with Shinryudan. Executing this attack meant the beast would jump high into the air and come down with a crash, preferably on top of Leia to smash her to bits.

Lupin sighed "... Giiaaaaant..."

_+Leia would land with a grand thud, creating a crater to match. She rubbed her head and decided to stay on the ground. The beast seemed to not be slightly effected from her Death Soul, making things harderrrr. However, she noted she had successfully intiated the soul menace attack and it seemed to work perfectly. Albiet, Leia's hand was left quite numb and burnt from the technique, Leia had a plan.

The beast would be on it's waydown to crush Leia, but she would simply extend her palm upward toward it. Her hand would begin to crackle with white soul energies as she prepared to use soul menace yet again. This would no doubt repel it yet again, if not dealing death to it's soul, not doubt damaging it regardless. Not to mention the fact the soul meaace attack, targets the soul, so the size of the beast wouldn't matter. If repelled correct lt, Leia would cause the scythe on her arm to grow massive in size, but nowhere near as big as the beast. She attempted use her Death's Angel attack to vanish into the air and appear behind it's head, where she hoped to decapitate it while it was open in the sky.+_

Coming down with great force, the beat was suddenly repelled by some sort of powerful strike from the girl. It hurt the monster's insides, but for some reason, it was not dead yet. It must have a powerful soul.

As it kinda... flew... slightly.. through the air, Lupin saw Leia appear behind the monster, and would shout out "Giant! Behind you!" and in a quick motion blocked Leia with its massive sword before crashing down onto the ground, making the final remaining condo in the area crumble to the ground.... Awwww. The Iron Giant needed time to get up... So it raised its arm, which was now coated in some sort of dark energy... and a large ball of blackness appeared in the sky. It started to suck everything in and crush it. This was the Graviga spell. It was one of the most powerful Gravity spells (if not the most powerful one) and so being caught in it wasn't... so good. The Iron Gian started to stand, both its fists crackling with electricity now...

Lupin had to grab on to something to keep from getting sucked into the gravity ball... Bleeeh... Even 2 of his large souls got sucked into the gravity ball, being crushed into oblivion. "NOOO! MY SOLZ!!"

_+Leia would land on the ground, about a second after the creature crashed into the ground. Suddenly she would feel her skin begin to shake and then instantly get pulled into the sky.She stuck her foot into the ground using her weapon abilities, making a blade extend from it. This would help keep her rooted into the ground. She had noticed that the giant had a hefty soul, but it was cracking.Only a few more strikes should do it, however, she wascurrently immobile._+

The Giant stood completely up now, Graviga dissipating. It would punch the ground with one of its electrically charged fists, making a massive explosion of electricity surge throughout the area, again trying to shock the hell out of Leia while she was still grounded.

Lupin checked his bag, seeing how many souls he had left... He lost 2 large souls, bringing his count down to just 40... Well that sucks. "Dammit.. I should have eaten them when I had the chance..."

_+Leia would turn wispy again, allowing her to escape her grounded poistion, the instant she saw the giant get up. She would yell out of irritablitity, reappearing high above the giant once he intitated the lightning punch to the ground. She awaited until the eplosion ceased.+_

"This was supposed to be an easy mission!!"

_+She said vanishing and reappearing directly above his head,herhand crackling with white soul energies. She attempte to use her momentum to use an even more effective and forcefull Soul Menace.She struck while the beast was knelt down and punching the ground, striking the beast when she saw most open.+_

The Iron Giant would be shot into the ground by the Soul Menace, and yet, was still not destroyed... Though it seemed to be in pretty bad shape... It was breathing rather hard now. It stabbed its sword into the ground to help it get up, and without warning, spun around with another Thunder Fist, aiming to electrocute anyone behind him. He sluggishly picked his sword out of the ground and waited...

"You're only making this harder.."

+_Leia noted the weakness in the giants movements and thought that she could finish him off now, she also dint know how many soul mance strike she had left. Her left hand was charred black and steaming. Oncr the giant swung it's swung it's hand, Leia used predicted it with soul perception and simply connected his fist with her palm. She initiated another soul menace attack, the power of it hopefully repelling before any more electical damage could be done to Leia and the beast would surrender it's soul.+_

"Just give up.."

Finally, the Giant fell to the ground, trying to hold itself up with its gigantic sword, which it would stab into the ground for leverage. But, to no avail, as the monster now fell down motionless, its sword next to its body. Finally, its soul would rise from its body, which would then disintegrate. It was a rather large soul... Being worth 15 souls.

Lupin took this chance to run, since his Giant was gone now, he had no reason to stay. He would keep his 40 souls for himself, thank you.

+_Leia would fall to the ground, the beast released a hefty soul indeed. Leis palmed the soul as she opened her mouth and devoured it entirely. She smiled as se chewed it. Once she swallowed it, she felt a burst if power like never before. She looked at her hand as it slowly repaired itself. she also felt her power return to completely. She cracked her neck by leaning it backwards. She activated her soul perception and saw Lupin. Using her new found abilities, would appear behind Lupin, slicing the bag open with breakneck speeds. +_
