Mission Reap "Swordsman"

Details: A rogue swordsman covered in an array of belts and straps has been seen running around the Dusk Village and killing off innocent people to feast on their souls. He is said to be one of the best swordsman alive and also able to do strange things with his belts and straps attached to his body. He is described as a blur when he attacks, having lavender hair, wearing a black suit, gloves and boots all adorned with straps, and a strap covering his left eye. He is very dangerous.
