Aura's First Hunting

<:Aura walked threw the Darkness Lands just as calm as she could every be. She had trained with her father and even one of his masters and she couldn't wait to get out there and try out her stuff, thou you couldn't tell from her expression. The clinging sound of Aura's zanpakuto hitting her hip as she walked echoed in the silent darkness.:>

Almost immediately, she was confronted by 3 flaming, flying, fiery demonic looking faces... Cocoons, of sort... They were Larva and their fires were demonic.



They each surged with a different sort of magical energy through their bodies, as they were charging up their spells. They intended to get rid of the intruders as soon as they found her.

<:Aura didn't hesitate when these demons showed themselves and wasn't going to sit back and let them go about there business. She waved her hand in the air and all around the demons materialized a flurry of magical swords out of thin air. The swords would fly in and attack each demon from every angle in attempt to impale them all several leather times.:>

One of the Larva was thankfully charging up some electrical magic, releasing a powerful Thundara from itself. Many bolts of electricity shot every which way., hitting each of the swords and causing them to be deflected away from them.

Another one was charging up some fiery magic, in which it would release a large explosion of fire around Aura that would wrap around the area and try to incinerate her... It was Fira.

The final was charging up icy magic, the air around Aura quickly chilling after the Fira was cast, and Blizzara was cast on her, making the very air freeze, trying to encase her inside and then shatter, harming her severely.

Really..?

<:Aura raised her hand and several shields of magic energy appeared around her, encasing her and protecting her from the fire and ice of the demon's magic. An opening within her shields formed and from it reached out Aura's hand. She clenched her fist and caused the blades that had been knock back to zoom back in on the demons still hoping to impale them with an even higher probability since this more then likely caught the demon off guard.:>

The Larvae were caught off guard by the attacks, thus they would be instantly impaled by all of the swords, leaving them as nothing but souls. 3 souls.

However, what would come out as a substitute for them would be a Drakan.



It was dark and hooded with a tentacle mouth... It looked a little threatening... Like Cthulu on a bad day.

"... Why are you here?"

"That is my business...."

<:Aura said fixing her eyes on the Draken. Twas a weird looking creature this...Draken, and it seemed to a somewhat 'magical' aura about it.:>

"...Just know your presences, wicked creature is making my job easier."

The Drakan grunted under its breath, starting to conjure up some sort of magical magic... Of sorts. It would release a magical blast from its mind... Called Mind Blast. It would be shot directly at Aura's mind, trying to mess her up mentally rather than physically, as the Larvae tried to do. The Drakan wasn't going.

"... You will know only pain by coming here... I will first consume your mind... and then your soul... And leave your body to the other monsters..."

It conjured up some more magic... what it was going to do to Aura was unknown, however. The Drakan had a wide... array of magic at its disposal.

<: The mind blast would find it's self blocked by the shields Aura had already formed around her. The shields around Aura began to spin rapidly around her before they shot out reviling Aura with a recently materialized great sword the size of an oak tree set a blaze in a aurora like flame made by Aura's magic. Aura rushed toward the Draken and hopped into the air. She would bring the giant sized sword down onto the Draken in the attempt to chop the squid wizard in half and make it into calamari. :>

The Drakan started to laugh a muffled laugh as she came toward it... And once she was close enough, it literally Vanished. Once the Drakan had Vanished, some more magic could be felt around the field... It felt as if the entire field were getting... hotter and hotter by the second... The heat was immense... Intense... Horrific. Probably a rather large scale attack, no doubt. All of the heat started to condense, sort of around Aura, herself... and then, all of the pressurized and condensed heat would explode outward, spreading the violent head in a gigantic and violent explosion... the Mustard Bomb. Aura would not only be hurt by the Mustard Bomb, but if caught in it, she would be inflicted with the Heat status, which caused the body temperature to skyrocket to beyond what any body can handle, thus causing any action or movement to have the person die (or faint) right on the spot.

<: Threw the fire and smoke of the large explosion The Draken would be able to see a few light glowing from with in the fire. Aura would walk out of the flames covered in a suit of armor. Her entire body was covered and the suit was obviously heat proof. This was her Iron Maiden suit. She started to float into the air the suit propelling her off the ground. Threw her helmet Aura saw the battle field so much different. Scans of everything she looked at gave her a description and visualization. :>

"Target locked on....."

<: Thou the Draken had disappeared he was still screwed. Aura was able to take up a scan of it's magical energy from the left overs from the explosion. She was now locked on to it's magical signature. Miniaturized rocket launchers emerged from Aura's shoulder pads and armed themselves. :>

"Fire.."

<: Aura fired her missiles into the area around her. If the Draken would reappear he would get a face full of lead, metal, and explosion. :>

"Your metallic suit scares me not, girl.."

The Drakan started to chant something for a few moments as the missiles neared, then it pointed its stick at said missiles and without warning, they would be stopped in time... Anything near the Drakan would just immediately stop. This was the Time Requiem...

Now, as everything was frozen in time, the Drakan could easily move out of the way of said attacks and/or destroy them. With another Mustard Bomb, the immense explosion would heat up the missiles to the point where they literally melted almost instantly, leaving nothing coming at the Drakan. Then, time would revert to normal around it.

"Foolish..."

It wanted to finish the girl off rather fast... So, it started to power itself up using Magic Plus. That would double its magical power, making it so much more stronger than it already was. It started to charge up a bit more magic to help itself out some more, as it had numerous, numerous power ups for itself to go along with the numerous, numerous ailments it had to go against its foes...

"First wave failed.....Upgrading,...adapting"

<:Mechanical shifting noises were heard as Aura raised her hand toward the Draken. The suit was drawing in all that excess magic that was left in the air by the Draken's attack. The suit was in a way filtering all that left over energy into it's, but for what? A massive amount of energy started to charge in her palm and the ground began to rumble. The suit was putting all of it's power into this next attack and so was Aura. It was gonna be her or this monster. :>

"Adapting......Charging, charging..."

The Drakan could see high amounts of magic output from this girl, and because of this, it would create an invisible barrier around itself for protection. Just in case, it used its 'Damage Resist' ability to ensure more safety from the attack.

Now that it was protected, it decided to attack with another devastating attack... The Dark Shock. There would be a powerful mental explosion from the Drakan which seemed to darken the area that it was being shot through, rapidly expanding to Aura's position. The attack seemed to be very powerful and taking the attack directly might not be good for her...

"Charging complete.....Behold my Optic Blast!!"

<: Aura would fire and massive and devastatingly large beam that shook the area when it was fired quaking the ground. It ruptured threw the sound barrier as it came appon to the Draken. To the Draken surprise the beam would blast right threw the Dark Shock leaving the attack broken and all but destroyed. You what Aura's suit was doing with the left over amounts of the Draken's magic was adapting it's energy and that of Aura's to it making it unaffected to the Draken's magic. The beam was just to big and moving far to fast to simply dodge and with the Draken's magic now having now effect on the beam or Aura herself the Draken was more then likely calamari. :>

Of course, the Drakan did have one last trick up its sleeve that it could use to turn the tables drastically, however due to given circumstances, it didn't feel like it. So, it takes the hit instead, leaving a soul for Aura worth about 7.
