EXCEEDING INTELLIGENCE - Koudo has the utmost brilliant intelligence. With enhanced abilities ranging from fast thinker, complex strategist, Koudo seems awfully smart for a young one. As well as those abilities, his speed isn't to be reckoned with. In a mere fifteen seconds, he can solve one-hundred math problems without a worry. As well as that, he has the ability to hack complex locks and security systems in a manner of seconds.

MIND'S EYE OF THE KAGURA - This ability allows Koudo to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds ten kilometers. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including himself, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra Koudo can perceive its location and movement with great detail. This is a passive trait that Koudo acquired from his mother, Karin. He has just unlocked it so doesn't know how to use it as good as his mother did, but he plans to improve with it. ( Though he doesn't want to be known as a sensor just because he has it. )

MACHINE INFESTATION - This power is fairly new to Koudo and he usually never uses it without hurting himself in the process. Machine Infestation gives him the power to fuse with machines and become one with them. This basically means that he can control them and use them as his own. (Think Generator Rex, it`s something like that, he has to touch the machine first though. )

SUMMONING - Koudo can summon things when he emphasizes words. He can conjure up weapons or objects by saying one word, however there are certain objects where he needs to use a lengthy spell in order to conjure it up. ( At his current level, he`s restricted to only being able to conjure handguns and he can only conjure one at a time. )

Infestation Energy: An ability where Koudo`s hand glows a mixture of blue and silver and when Koudo places his hand(s) to any type of machine his will is imposed on it, something like forcing it to do what he wants it too. Though there are restricts to what he can impose his will upon and how long it will take effect, he can essentially effect any type of machine. He`s mastered to be able to completely control machines of war like guns and things like that. He is also able to take control of simple machines like levels, pulleys and things like that. There is probably no limit to what he can infest.

Infestation Aura: Koudo expels his blue and silver aura from his body, infesting any machine that is trapped in the glow of the aura. It allows him to take control of things that are flying in his general direction.

Infestation Pulse: A Blast of Infestation aura that Koudo expels from his hand(s) to take control of something that is a distance away. It allows him to extend his range past having to be close to something to infest it.

Enhance: A new ability unlocked during his ranking exam. It's fairly new to him now and seems like the only thing it does is enhances his body to think and act faster than he normally can. That's all he really knows for now, more will come later.

Leaf Dancing Shadow: A taijutsu attack were the user kicks there target on the head first and then kicks them into the air.

Swaying Leaf Dance: Koudo's own invention, using the initial speed needed for Leaf Dancing Shadow, the user bypasses the first kick to the head and appears behind the opponent before they deliver a devastating kick to the opponent's torso.

Panther Assault: Done after leaf dancing shadow, this move is a barrage of kicks to the opponent`s torso that ends in the user slamming a powerful punch right into the opponent`s stomach before they hit the ground.

Infested Panther Assault: Done after Leaf Dancing Shadow, this move is a barrage of kicks to the opponent's torso that ends in the user slamming a powerful punch right into the opponents's stomach before they hit the ground. The kicks are coated in Koudo's infestation energy and thus when they connected to the opponents torso. Koudo's aura starts to seep into their body, slowly covering it all by the end of the combo when the punch is delivered. if done correctly, Koudo's will should be imposed on the opponent's body, giving him complete control over it since the human body is a machine in and of itself.

Nirvana Fist: A powerful shoulder smash followed by a strong punch.

Infested Nirvana Fist: After coating himself in Infestation Energy, Koudo delivers a powerful shoulder smash followed by a strong punch.

Dynamic Action: A taijutsu combo of punches and kicks equaling 7 hits.

Infestation Kick: A kick coated in Koudo's infestation energy. If connected with the opponents wrist, arm, shoulder, leg or any other body part that has the basis of a simple machine Koudo's aura infests that body part and attempts to take control of it for Koudo.

Peregrine Falcon Drop - A taijutsu attack were the user grabs his target and lifts them into the air.Where the user attaches him/her self to there back and then locks his/her ankles at the targets neck and smashes there enemy head first into the ground.

1000 Years Of Death - The user makes the sign of the tiger and forceable puches it into the enemys behind.

Leaf Hurricane - A taijutsu attack were the usere makes a jumping spin kick up high and while opponent has ducked makes a mid-level kick that connects in the rib cage area.

Leaf Gale - A taijutsu attack that is a comprised of a leg sweep.

Sky Leg - A taijutsu attack wher the user hitsnthere opponent with a strong leg that crashes down from the sky

Strong Arm - A taijutsu attack that is a comprised of one super strong punch

Kick-boxing: After reading a book in the library on Kick-boxing and retaining the information in the book as well as going through an intense training session with himself, Koudo was a slightly higher understanding of Kick-boxing. It has increased his kicking speed and power as well as his punching speed but he has yet to improve on his power output when it comes to punching. It was also increased his speed to slightly higher than average genin level ( so much so that he moves around the speed of Rock Lee without his weights during the Chuunin Exams ).

Water Release

Water Style: Hidden Mist Jutsu: The user creates a thick, dense mist that covers the surrounding area.

Water Style: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.

Water Style: Sword of Draining: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

Water Style: Water Clone: The user creates a clone of themselves made of water.

Water Style: Water Fang Bullet: The user gathers water in his/her mouth and then shoots out multiple spherical projectiles.

Water Style: Water Prison: Traps opponent in a orb of water that the user must maintain contact with or the jutsu is broken.

Water Style: Water Replacement: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

Water Dragon Bullet - This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the caster's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. That said, the amount of water used will be in proportion with the caster's skill.

Water Shark Missile -This technique shapes water into the form of a shark with a head nearly at the same height as a man, which moves to attack the enemy at high-speed with a powerful impact.

Menacing Water Ball - The user creates a ball made of chakra along with water and shoots it at the opponent.

Tearing Torrent - This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand and fires at a highspeed burst at the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques.


Wind Release

Wind Force Punch - The user surrounds their fist with wind chakra and punches a target. When the punch is executed the wind chakra may do one of three things. Increase the speed, slam into the target along with the fist, or slice at the target like blades.

Wind Style: Wind Blast - The user forces wind chakra into their palms and pushes it out. An unruly ball of wind chakra, much like the chidori, appears and is launched at the opponent. The chakra slashes and pounds at the target.

Wind Barrier - The user pushes wind chakra out in front of them. They mold it into a 2 meter tall, 1/2 meter thick wall of wind chakra. This is a purely defensive technique. The chakra slashes at anything that touches it though it can easily be broken through.

Wind Clone - The user forces out wind chakra and molds it into a human-like shape. Then the user molds the chakra with further detail to make it resemble them. When this clone is attacked, instead of poofing, it cuts what it touches with the unleashed wind chakra.

Wind Arrow Technique - The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. five arrow shot at a time.

Rotating Shuriken: The user will first focus on his Wind chakra and create spinning air gusts. When the air gusts are ready, he will throw up to 10 shurikens, which will engage with the gusts through the air as spinning disks. These disks are controlled by the user and can be thrown individually towards the opponent.

Needles of the Wind - he ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Wind Dragon - Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Gyorai from its mouth.

Wind Drill Technique - The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person.

Wind Torpedo - The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of fifteen exploding tags.

Wind Blade - Creates a blade of wind around the user’s arm. The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. Since the wind is condensed down it does weigh down the user’s arm.

Sound Release

Sound Release: Scream of Despair Skill: The user concentrating chakra into their vocal cords enhancing throat chakra lets out a scream that travels extremely fast in which can be used to deflect projectiles and send opponents flying.

Hell's Ears - By concentrating chakra into the ears, the user of this technique is able to detect exact details of movement by the means of sound. This requires extreme concentration, and all users (including Jounin) must close their eyes to achieve such a state of mind.

Shriek – This technique can be used to emit a loud scream empowered by chakra. The sound is usually loud enough to make people cover their ears and make their body numb. This technique should not be over used since the user can also hear it, if to a lesser degree.

Ventriloquism Skill - The user uses their own mouth to transmit chakra and essentially bundle up sound until they want to release it. This allows them throw their voice or move any sounds they can make with their mouth to any location without the sound fading. If they know where a person's ear is, they can use this to actually whisper into it.

Making Good Use of a Weak Opponent [Mudanishinai Shouteki] - By sending a near constant stream of high and low pitched sound to the intended target's muscles, the user is able to control the muscle's movements. Through this, the user is able to effectively take full control of an opponent's body.

The only thing Im a little worried about here it the machine manifestation. There has to be some limits. Like Depending how advanced the machinery is.

Like you couldn't Hack khams Computers in his lab for example especially not starting off.

If you understand that then I will approve this.

Koudo's summoning allows him to summon weapons and with the Machine Infestation he wills them to deconstruct and reconstruct on his arms, legs, or any part of his body really. It's fairly new to him and he can't use it more than a couple times rapidly before he has to give his body a break. ( The things he can use will start to be listed below. )

So I'll let you off with a warning but you must make a new topic every time you obtain new jutsu so we can approve it and make sure you're not doing anything too broken.

Koudo has become fairly familiar with his Machine Infestation, learning that it has a solidification factor to it, in which he can cast the energy as a solid cutting force, shielding force, and grabbing force. Of course with any of these, whatever is caught in it will be infested and slowly taken control of. He has also learned that he can Infest the human body.

Infestation Aura: Koudo expels his blue and silver aura from his body, infesting any machine that is trapped in the glow of the aura. It allows him to take control of things that are flying in his general direction.

Windmill Fist: A style focusing heavily on power, stamina, and flexibility. The name derives from the basic blocks and strikes being performed loosely and gracefully by spinning the arms, making this style look more like a dance than a taijutsu style. A true master of this style can shatter a tree trunk with two fingers and attack from nearly any position without depleting chakra. Another advantage to this style is that it can be blended with other styles more smoothly. In addition to this, Koudo regularly mixes in blends of civilian martial arts, giving this style newfound grace.

Repulsing Fist: The style is meant to turn the opponent's taijutsu right back at them with blocks, holds, and throws. But once taken to a higher level, this style becomes hard to stop. In addition to blocking most Taijutsu, the user can now use their opponent's power and strength against them, such as by confusing a speedy opponent with deceptive moves, or turning brute force into a train wreck.

Water Style: Water Prison: Traps opponent in a orb of water that the user must maintain contact with or the jutsu is broken.

Water Style: Water Replacement: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

Water Dragon Bullet - This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the caster's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. That said, the amount of water used will be in proportion with the caster's skill.

Water Shark Missile -This technique shapes water into the form of a shark with a head nearly at the same height as a man, which moves to attack the enemy at high-speed with a powerful impact.

Menacing Water Ball - The user creates a ball made of chakra along with water and shoots it at the opponent.

Tearing Torrent - This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand and fires at a highspeed burst at the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques.


Wind Release

Wind Force Punch - The user surrounds their fist with wind chakra and punches a target. When the punch is executed the wind chakra may do one of three things. Increase the speed, slam into the target along with the fist, or slice at the target like blades.

Wind Style: Wind Blast - The user forces wind chakra into their palms and pushes it out. An unruly ball of wind chakra, much like the chidori, appears and is launched at the opponent. The chakra slashes and pounds at the target.

Wind Barrier - The user pushes wind chakra out in front of them. They mold it into a 2 meter tall, 1/2 meter thick wall of wind chakra. This is a purely defensive technique. The chakra slashes at anything that touches it though it can easily be broken through.

Wind Clone - The user forces out wind chakra and molds it into a human-like shape. Then the user molds the chakra with further detail to make it resemble them. When this clone is attacked, instead of poofing, it cuts what it touches with the unleashed wind chakra.

Wind Arrow Technique - The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. five arrow shot at a time.

Rotating Shuriken: The user will first focus on his Wind chakra and create spinning air gusts. When the air gusts are ready, he will throw up to 10 shurikens, which will engage with the gusts through the air as spinning disks. These disks are controlled by the user and can be thrown individually towards the opponent.

Needles of the Wind - he ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Wind Dragon - Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Gyorai from its mouth.

Wind Drill Technique - The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person.

Wind Torpedo - The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of fifteen exploding tags.

Wind Blade - Creates a blade of wind around the user’s arm. The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. Since the wind is condensed down it does weigh down the user’s arm.

Sound Release

Sound Release: Scream of Despair Skill: The user concentrating chakra into their vocal cords enhancing throat chakra lets out a scream that travels extremely fast in which can be used to deflect projectiles and send opponents flying.

Hell's Ears - By concentrating chakra into the ears, the user of this technique is able to detect exact details of movement by the means of sound. This requires extreme concentration, and all users (including Jounin) must close their eyes to achieve such a state of mind.

Shriek – This technique can be used to emit a loud scream empowered by chakra. The sound is usually loud enough to make people cover their ears and make their body numb. This technique should not be over used since the user can also hear it, if to a lesser degree.

Ventriloquism Skill - The user uses their own mouth to transmit chakra and essentially bundle up sound until they want to release it. This allows them throw their voice or move any sounds they can make with their mouth to any location without the sound fading. If they know where a person's ear is, they can use this to actually whisper into it.

Making Good Use of a Weak Opponent [Mudanishinai Shouteki] - By sending a near constant stream of high and low pitched sound to the intended target's muscles, the user is able to control the muscle's movements. Through this, the user is able to effectively take full control of an opponent's body.
