| Description: So, there's some random shinobi that is clearly out of her damn mind running around trying to either severely injure or abduct people and send them to the hospital. The reasoning behind this is unknown. It is felt that there is a higher power controlling this ninja and causing her to act against her will (we hope). We have reason to believe that this higher power is currently residing in the Vescrutian Hospital, and therefore, we will be needing a team to investigate the matter and see who it is pulling the strings. Whoever it is, destroy them immediately. UPDATE: Seems as though the threat has relocated from the Vescrutia Hospital to the Mahi Manor. Go to the Witch Province and take her down!  Place: Mahi Manor Requirements: Jounin and up, at least one Anbu present. Rank: A Party: 2-4 Reward: 30 Complimentary Souls to whomever attends and anything else you may find.
