Alive and Well, Again...

**Shiro made his way onto his snowfilled deck and plopped himself on the wooden railing overlooking the sea near the Chaos. He stared at the crashing waves hitting the white beach below, his face lost showing he was lost in thought about something. He just stood there for a while looking about, Nina making her way outside to join him. She herself sat down next to Shiro and started to try and see what exactly he was looking at.**

**Noticing someone sitting next to him, a grin appeared on his face as he sat it on Nina's head,**

"Well now... Come to keep me company...? I didn't think you cared..."

**Still smiling, he brought his troubled gaze back to the crashing water. Of course, he was focused on his past. More importantly, why he was standing there now because of one he didn't think to be so kind towards him. Shaking his head, he let out a sigh and spoke aloud.**

"Why am I always the complicated one... Can't things just be simple for once???"

**This time, Nina had a confused look on her face as she looked up at Shiro puzzled. Poking the side of his leg with hey nose, she got him to look down at her, making him smile once again.**

"Alright, alright... I'm fine... Thanks for worrying so much Mom. Yeesh... Ya know something... I haven't visited home in a while. I wonder how she's doing."

**He turned around placing his back againt the railing and staring through his house at the dim lights coming from the living room through the glass door.**
