Natural Genes:

Koudo`s body is physically strong and his brain is highly intelligent. He`s a strategic fighter more than anything.
Though his speed says C, he is actually a little faster than this because of all the taijutsu training he puts himself through constantly.
Koudo's speed is only at a C+ level when he has on the weights that he wears on his legs at all times. His C+ however is the speed that Rock Lee moves without his weights, when Koudo removes his weights he moves at a B+ level, which is particularly fast for a Chuunin.
Koudo`s kicking speed and power are top notch, but when it comes to punching power he could use some work, though his punching speed is equal to his kicking speed.
Koudo`s prowess for Taijutsu is of the highest caliber for a Chunin, so when it comes to taijutsu attacking he`s very swift.
Koudo is very acrobatic and nimble, giving him reflexes that are slightly above above average, so he can dodge attacks easily if they are coming at a reasonable speed.
After Koudo's Ranking Exam with Maruze, his reflexes have gotten much better and that mixed with his speed makes it easier for him to dodge attacks coming at a speed slower than he can move.
Koudo`s hearing and sight are stronger than some of his other senses, like taste and smell.
Koudo is a sucker for punishment and can take a mega beating without croaking.
Koudo is a very good Sensor of Chakra, (to the point that he`s sort of like Karin from Naruto). Though he usually ignores this trait.
Koudo has learned that his mother, Karin, was a great sensor of chakra and had a trait called the Mind's Eye of the Kagura. Koudo has inherited this trait, more will be explained in his Jutsu list.
As of now, Koudo`s Summoning is for weapons only.
Koudo has improved his summoning is able to summon weapons, and any one of his machines without handseals and without saying the name of it.
Koudo can infest simple machines like ( levels and pulleys ). They don`t have to be made of metal.
Koudo has learned to be able to infest the human body, but he can't do more than two limbs at a time right now.

I like your percentages and everything my only problem is your speed. If you want to be fast at a genin say C- instead of B- or maybe even D+ change that part and your good to go

---After Kham's training, Koudo's body is able to handle about five tons of weight. And because of the amount of weight, his speed increases when he removes the weights. So his speed is a force to be reckon with.
---Koudo's kicking speed and power are more than top-notch, and his punching speed and power are high as well. He can give a Jounin trouble in battle with these alone.
---Koudo's is in training with Maruze to increase his natural reflexes and senses. This isn't to say that they aren't already outstanding, he just wants them to be better.
