rotation gun-i spin untill i am in a rotation then i take out my arrows
and creats a sharp edge to shoot at random
kinderd flame-i make a small flame on my finger then i blow on it and then it create a small barier of flame between me and my opponent.
byakugan-i get to see everyones chakra points.
fire beam-i make a flame in my hand and shoot a straight beam of fire out of my mouth.

Look at somebody else's list and look at yours and see the difference... This is too short and vauge. And to add on to that, you need to use your own creativity in your lists. Using the exact same jutsu as a Main Stream Character is not what we're looking for.

Ultimate Fire Rotation Drill= Combining the Fireball with the Rotation flame surrounding the attack resulting in a flame like Drill.

That actually can work. I have no problem with him using jutsu's form the Hyuga clan being it is a family/clan thing. Can't really say nothing against that.
