Ranking Exam

*Trey would stand in the middle of a large arena



and would await a Procter*

"huh"

**Appearing on one the the stone walls would of course be Shiro, his friendly smile on his face as usual. He stood with his hands in his pockets as he looked down at the eager stranger ready to take an exam. He sighed a bit before speaking aloud, his voice echoing about the deserted areana a bit.**

"I don't think I'll ever get a break with you guys... Ah well..."

**Shiro would then leap off the tall wall and land on the ground in a graceful motion, crouched down from his landing. Standing up again, his eyes opened and his smile returned, hands still in his pockets.**

"Welcome! The name is Shiro, and I will be your proctor today."

"Very well."

*Trey would pull out his bow*

"I'm Trey. Is there some type of objective for today's ranking?"

**Still smiling, Shiro brought his hands out of his pockets and stretched his arms above his head.**

"Your task is simple. Show me what you can do."

**Both his arms dropped to their sides, shaking them a bit to loosen up. Shiro brought his gaze up to the sky as he continue his short warm up.**

"When you do that, then your skills will determine whether you pass..."

**Shiro finished his last set of stretches and looked at Trey, observing him a bit. He smiled as he stopped all movement and met his hands moved being his back, his right hand hooked over his left.**

"Or fail. Simple as that. Do note that you will be pushed passed your limits. Whether you can keep up or not is all up to you."

**He suddenly looked back up at the sky, enjoying the blue sea covered in clouds.**

"Any questions...?"

*Trey would close his eyes and clouds would pass by as the wind would blow. No more then 5 seconds later, the wind would pause its humming and nothing but complete silence would exist.*

"I would not prefer it. . . any other way!"

*After that last word was spoken Trey would open his eyes revealing his byakugan. The wind would continue its blowing, and Trey would launch a light arrow from his bow. The arrow would move towards Shiro's body at an amazing speed, to the point where if he were to blink his eyes he would be hit and a part of his chakra system would be shut down.*

**In the most graceful and relaxed reaction, Shiro's body turned completely sideways, his eyes closed now as the arrow passed by his chest only by inches. The whole while he chuckled, turning his head to face Trey with his eyes open again, his smile still vibrant and friendly.**

"Well now, I haven't seen that look for a while."

**He turned himself so he would face Trey, his arms still locked behind him.**

"Let's see what sets you apart from the rest."

**Shiro brought both his hands in a single sign, the tip of his right index finger aligned with his mouth.**

"Fire Style: Dragon's Breath!"

**Taking in a quick, deep breath, Shiro blew on his finger as if it were a match, emitting flames from his very mouth. The flames began to grow rapidly into the massive fiery ball, getting closer to where Trey stood just as quick. To add on to it, smaller balls of flames began to shoot from the main one, creating a rain of fire over Trey's head.**

*Trey would quickly form hand signs while the flames neared him.*

"Hope this works."

*Trey would use lightning storm



A ferocious blast of multiple strands of lightning would be emitted from my fingertips to counteract the Flames. As the lightning and the flames would collide you could see a small smirk appear on Trey's face.*

(yeah, yeah yeah, I know its early as hell to be doing this. Sorry)

**The flames would actually mix with the electricity forming a explosive reaction. The blast was small, but being as close as it was to Trey, it would be strong enough to push him into the air and off his feet. Taking the opening, Shiro lowered himself quite low to the ground, the earth about his feet igniting into a small flurry of flames. He then burst forward in a rush, somewhat plowing through the ground, the flames around his feet growing to the point where they surrounded his whole body. Shiro was at half speed when he suddenly shouted.**

"Volcanic Vyper!!!"

**His body would then increase in speed ten fold, but not to his full ability. It was just enough to reach Trey in a matter of seconds. Making his way on the ground, Shiro stopped instantly, his body in a crouched position as he formed a fist with his right hand and positioned himself below Trey still in midair. Then pushing up, the fist would burst into flames, his body pushing up in a spiraling uppercut and connecting with Trey's face and lauching him even higher. Shiro would turn into a back flip as he landed in another crouched position, smiling as he watched Trey hit the ground kind of hard. He knew this little opening would hurt, but this was to be expected. Trey was going to be pushed to his point, that was Shiro's job after all. He stayed in the crouch, waiting for Trey to make it back to his feet.**

(well . . . that wasn't supposed to happen smh)

*Trey would lay on the ground for a moment or two before staggering to his feet. *

"damn this guys no play."

*As he would cough up a little blood, he would quickly wipe it from his mouth. The bow still tightly gripped in his hands would rise and aim at Shiro. Trey would launch an arrow directly into the air it would disappear in the clouds. He would then launch five light arrows at Shiro. While approaching him those arrows would each split into five more arrows creating 25 arrows this would continue to happen until the arrows blocked the light of the sun coming into the arena. By simply breaking and manipulating the energy already within the light, this could be done very quickly and at a small expenditure of chakra. The arrows would then begin to barrage Shiro moving at a hypersonic speed. Each arrow could no longer be seen after it began its attack toward Shiro, as it was moving just that fast. By using his Byakugan Trey could see Shiro's every movement and so he readied himself to make the arrows foll Shiro in case he tried to simply dodge any of them they would turn and follow him. Trey would begin to sweat as even though being a hyuuga, it still took a lot of chakra control to manipulate all this chakra and light.*

"Huh . . . concentrate!"

**Still crouched down, Shiro looked up at the now blackened sky, surprised at the sudden barage a bit.**

"Interesting..."

**To see how long Trey could keep it up, Shiro decided to show him one of the things he was well known for, his speed. The first of the volley would hit nothing, the arrows sticking from the ground where Shiro was crouched. He was darting about the arena, almost as if he were teleporting about, though thats just how fast his legs could move him. Whether Trey could keep up with his movements didn't concern him much. He was more interested to see just how long Trey could keep control of such a volley. In the mean time, Shiro started to make his way in Trey's direction coming up with an idea. He would leap into the air, extending his right leg into a spinning roundhouse kick flying towards Trey, leading any arrows that happened to be following Shiro in the same direction. He did this on purpose to see just how well Trey could keep his concentration with somebody actually charging right at him.**

*Using his Byakugan Trey would see Shiro's movements despite his amazing speed. As he approached him with this kick the arrows would almost instantly form large orbs of light energy. A few of them, about 20, would mix and form one large orb. That orb would act as a shield to block the kick. As the kick would collide with the orb it would appear to go right through it. The moment the orb would form Trey would sync himself with the arrow he shot at Shiro in the beginning of this battle to successfully dodge Shiro's attack. The massive orb would then explode.



Before the orb would explode Trey would put together a light barrier around him blocking the light. The explosion would blind Shiro if he were to look into it but that wasn't very important right now. He would have to put most of his focus on the force of the explosion. That would ravage and severely damage his body if he were to take on the force of the explosion. As the other orbs would remain suspended in the air Trey could be seen standing next to the wall of the large circular arena. He would have about 2 or 3 of the remaining orbs orbit his body defensively. As he knew that explosion wouldn't be nearly enough to stop or even hurt Shiro.*

**Being Shiro was in mid-air, he really couldn't control where the blast could send him. The bright light cause him to instinctively covered his eyes with his arms, the explosion pushing him higher into the air. Eventually, Shiro would land on the ground, sliding back on his back a good couple yards before coming to a stop with his arms still over his face. His sleeves smoldered a bit, the small stream of smoke trailing to the air. Ironically he was laughing right now. Sitting up, he let his hands prop himself up as he conintued his heart filled laugh.**

"You know something, I should apoligize for taking you so lighty kid..."

**Smiling, he brought himself back up to a standing position, shaking his leg a bit being thats what took the bulk of the blast. He saw that moving around so laxidaisy (if thats how you even spell that. O.O) like right now was a no go.**

"Alright then, let's see what you can really do..."

**Shiro clasped his hands together, a aura of green chakra bursting from the ground about him in an aura like state. Slowly, mounds of earth from the ground would start to form and take their shapes. Along with Shiro's greenish aura, Shiro had summoned a few companions along with him. (Wolves of Gaia.) The masssive hounds made of earth would come out to a good dozen, each with their emerald colored eyes. A smirk would appear as Shiro let his hands fall back to his side and jumped up and down a bit to loosen himself up.**

"Let's go!!!"

**He would disapear completely, his speed now up to 3/4's his actual ability. The pack of wolves would take charge towards Trey forming a hunting pack like formation, two taking the lead. The first 4 to reach Trey would take mount and try to tackle him from each direction. Shiro would actually appear in the air with his fist covered in a green glow. He would come down almost like a comment, his fist driving into the ground, creating a massive line of spires bursting from the ground in a wave like effect, making their way towards where Trey stood.**

* In what would seem a small spark of the smallest possible increment of time in the universe. Trey had instantly came up with an idea he knew that it would work, long as the time was by his side.*

"I'll give it my all!!!"

* After quickly thinking of an Action he knew that with his current speed he couldn't possibly dodge both attacks. Two of the orbs would quickly explode under Trey's feet blasting him into the air and Blasting the wolves away. As Trey would bend the force of the explosion away from himself so that he wouldn't be damaged by it, The other orbs would disappear. Because it would take most of all of his chakra to execute his next attack. As the spires would approach him one of them would Slice through his jacket and headband, as He would just scarcely dodge the attack. While Trey was in mid air upside down and rotating quickly, Two large white scrolls would roll out in a large spiral.



Trey would begin to form hundreds of light-speed handsigns. The scrolls would begin to glow an amazing white light and a large white symbol would appear on the ground beneath him it would cover the complete floor of the arena.*

"Sacred Arte, overwhelming light. . . Release your infinite fury."

*After those words were spoken large beams of destructive light would rain to the ground, Annihilating the wolves, ravaging the ground, and threatening to destroy Shiro and the arena in the process. Trey would be in the middle of the maelstrom covered by a large barrier of light he would be trying to maintain his chakra control because one mistake during this massive jutsu would probably kill him. He would also be trying to regain his chakra from the light already present. So that in case this battle wasn't ended after this attack he would be able to carry on. He would be panting and sweating as this attack took a lot out of him. *
