He was born in a small village near a lake. From there, when he was five, they sent him to live in a monastery. He learned ancient martial arts techniques. They also taught him well in the schools of the monastery. Later on in his training they began to teach him mastery of his chakra. They taught him basic chakra techniques and how to use jutsu that could help him. It was at this point in his training that he began to wonder, why? Why was he the only one being put through seclusion and training? Why did he need to know this? So one night he broke out of his room to look around. Using the skills that they taught him, he went around looking for something to explain his presence there. Eventually he came upon a meeting chamber. There was a meeting in progress already, so he went into the ceiling to have a listen. They were discussing him, and what he was going to do and be. Apparently he was brought there so that the monks could train and mold him to become the peacemaker of the world. They would finish his training years from now, and have control of all good, and evil of the world through him. This was upsetting to Hibiki, so he tried to flee. They caught him, and for the first time there, he was punished. They tied him up in a small, dark dingy room, and left him there for ten days. When he was released, he had become insane. They did not realize it, so they continued his training. When it came time for him to be trained in the final techniques, he became more eager to learn. This did not worry the monks, because they were thirsty for power, under the premise of peace. This training would embed the final powers to control good and evil within the boy. They made him channel his chakra into pure hatred and pure love. This created dark and light energy matter. They were so powerful that Hibiki lost control the moment that they were in his grasp. He slaughtered all of the monks with no effort. The ones who tried to stand up to him were put under the most gruesome deaths. Then he left, believing that it was indeed his destiny to maintain peace, by killing all humans and any other being that caused chaos or that held too much control.
In the end the monks never realized that all have the power to change the world. Both light and dark energy. They made the ultimate eradicator. In the attempts to create, not a balance, but a counter, they created the ultimate balancer.
