Intervention..

"Heh.."

*^Kay thought to herself. On the inside, she was smiling on the inside, impressed with the accomplishments of Kayla. Proud even. However, she wouldn't show it on her face. She learned that when training some one, praise could be detrimental to the individuals progress. And the best route to take, is the silent criticism role. Only talking to them when they make a mistake.

After Kayla bested the task at hand, Kay would cause a translucent clone to come out from the back of her body. It was as if they were one in the same. The clone once diverged from Kay, would begin talking to Kayla.*^

"Now things only get harder. No time for rests yet either."

*^The clone said taking a fighting stance. The original Kay-no was holding its palm downward toward the ground still. Maintaining the gravity fluctuation.^*

"You are to copy my movements until I tell you to stop. If you stop before given the instruction..there will be hell to pay."

*^The clone gave no hint in her tone that she was kidding. The clone would perform the following combo in the visual aid below. The original Kay-no would begin speaking to her.*^

"Begin.."

*_Kayla would chuckle at the task set before her. While she knew that the task set was nothing to scoff at, she wouldn't freight. As it stood, Kayla felt rather comfortable with the gravity influx that was occurring via her mother's influence, but while doing so, it felt as if she was using every single chakra point in her body and pushing them beyond their limits. Regardless of those facts, Kayla struck the fighting stance, and mimicked the movements of her mother. Mirroring her every move, attempting to match her mother's fierceness and viciousness with her own.*_

*_Time would pass, and Kayla's fatigue would be evident as of now. She was performing every single strike that Kay-no's clone did. Droplets of sweat would fly off of Kayla's legs and arms with every strike she made, making the droplets shoot out and fall to the ground, creating deep burrows where they landed. Kayla's entire body felt as if it were on fire, and her legs and arms were jelly.*_

"Do not crumble under pressure! It is in times like this where your power is truly tested ."

*_Kayla was running now on sheer will power. She couldn't feel her body at all, as she felt her chakra depleting at a grim rate. But she persevered..however, it wasn't for long.*_

"I..can't go on."

*_Kayla finally broke under the intensity of the pressure and collapsed in a self made crater.*_

*^Kay-no would clapse her hands, causing the fluctuations of gravity, pressure, etc to come to a halt instantly. The entire dome of emerald green energies that encompassed the immediate area would shatter into nothingness. This made their clothes bounce back to normal. Kay-no would then put her hand to her head, trying to dispel the massive migraine that was coming on.*^

"I'm almost out of chakra, and I barely even moved from this spot.. Damn I'm outta shape."

*^She said as she waved her hand toward her clone who had ceased the continuous loop that she was constructed for to provide a example for Kayla. But instead of poofing, the "clone" would fade away into nothing. This would show that it wasn't a clone at all, but rather it was an after image. A testament to Kay-no's speed.*^

*^She then made her to her daughter. She knelt down to floor level, running her fingers through her child's hair. She smiled lightly as she kissed her on the forehead.*^

"You, on the other hand, will make quite the shinobi.."

*^Kay said sincerely. The two of them had been training within that dome of various energy influxes for what would be equal to several months when normal time is considered. But because the observatory has it's own set laws of time, it would seem as if only a few days had passed on the outside. Kay-no would warp them elsewhere. She would take the both of them to a area where they could put Kayla's new found speed, power, and chakra control to the test. Find their limits. And push them.^*

____TIME SKIP____

_*After an unknown amount of passed time, Kayla would awake..in unusual conditions. She would awake, submerged in water. She would gasp in surprise, but would begin to choke by inhaling to much water. She closed her mouth and began to look around at where she was. She looked up and saw a shinning bright light that resembled the sun. Kayla then began to rapid spin upwards and zoom out of the water. Making her look like a speeding spinning water drill. After a minute or so, Kayla would reach the top of whatever body of water she was in, breathing heavily and choking accordingly.

She began to pull herself out of the water, by channeling chakra to her hands, but she only managed to pull herself half way out.*_

*^Kay would be seen standing right above Kayla, with her hands at her sides. She would looking down at her, her calm stern face matching her voice.*^

"As a shinobi, you must stay on your toes. Ready for whatever circumstances you may face.."

*^She said as she turned around walking a little bit away from Kayla, as to begin their next training exercise.*^

"So you try to fucking drown me?"

_*Kayla said coughing and choking still. She was over against the water, with only half of her body submerged.*_

"It was a test..to see if you remembered what you were taught."

*^Kay said pointing downwards but still looking at Kayla.*^

"I placed you under 200,000 plus leagues under water..but you survived the pressure and returned to the surface in a matter of miuntes. Using nothing but chakra control."

*^She said crossing her arms.*^

"You used the training we did and applied it to a live situation, without even being fully conscience. So, unless you want to get your little ass up and give up now, shut up, listen, and do what you're told. I know what the hell I'm doing."

*_Once she heard what her mother said, Kayla was shocked and frozen in disbelief. So shocked in fact, that her chocking and coughing fit ceased altogether. She was thinking it was no way she could accomplish such a feet. However, remembering the intensity of the training she under went, she figured that it was plausible. She pulled herself out of the water completely, but she struggled. The extreme swimming she did caused her chakra pool to run on "E"

Once out of the water, she was drenched, and her hair was covering her entire face. She pulled it back and wrapped it in a pony tail using her head back that was around her waste. Afterwards, she locked eye contact with her mother and remained silent. She was ready to learn.*_

"Good.."

*^Kay said as she took a deep breath and exhaled it calmly. She then dropped her arms. She was relaxing. Something she always did when she was about to focus. She began concentrating chakra to her feet, causing the water to ripple and dance below them.*^

"Channel chakra to your feet and we shall start from there."

*^Kay said flicking her wrist toward Kayla, rejuvenating her chakra pool to maxium.*^

_*Once rejuvnated, Kayla's eyes would glow emerald green before dying down. She battered her eyes a bit before focusing again. Kayla would channel chakra to her feet as instructed.*_

"More than that..make the pressure from the build up reach me."

*^Kay-no said, causing the water to push away from her body in slightly violent fashion. What kay was trying to do was make Kayla use her chakra to cause her to move at the speeds Kay-no moves and possibly faster. While it was a long shot, Kay figured it was in her blood. Her entire clan consisted of people who used their chakra so precisely, they could appear anywhere they wanted in a blink of an eye. Plus, rather Kay wanted to admit it or not, kayla's father Shiro, was one of the fastest things in the galaxy..he was probably faster than Kay herself. However, this would only testify to Kay's hypothesis that Kayla could move faster than the both of them...if she trained properly. It was her destiny to exceed her parents.*^

*_Kayla nodded as she took a deep breath and exhaled. Following this was a pulse of intense chakra, causing the water beneath her feet to coil and fling about her. Her intensity would cause the majority of the body of water they were standing on to wave about, back and forth.*_

"Is this enough?"

"It will suffice."

*^Kay said as she tapped her heel on the top of the water. This caused it to split down the middle in the direction Kay tapped it.*^

"The next step, is controlled chakra release. Once you build up enough of it, it will force itself out of you somewhere. You just have to choose where, and control how much of it escapes."

"Alright.."

*_Kayla said as she rose her foot from the ground, and releasing chakra some chakra from the bottom of it. This caused the water to be pushed below it a few feet. Kayla smiled, seeing how easy these things are.*_

"Heh.."

"Now here you must show the most control. Releasing the chakra to increase the pace of your movement."

*^Kay said releasing chakra from her feet with such a force it propelled her across the body of water at least several hundred feet, in a matter of nano seconds. What was more, she did all of this without disturbing the chakra on the ground, leaving the water seemingly untouched while she moved across it.*^

"Like so. Mirror my movements."

*^Kay-no said as she watched Kayla. With her current progress, she knew that Kayla would accomplish this with no problem. So she decided that once she managed to get here, Kay would test her daughter reflexes. Once close, she planned to clothesline her.*^

"No problem.."

_*Kayla said as she focused her chakra to her feet and released it like a jet. She propelled herself at such a speed, she would easily match her mothers movements. However, before she reached her mother, Kay-no would make her way to her when she was about half way. Her mother had her arm extended being about finger length away from her. She attempted to clothesline her, but the training Kayla did with kham, boosted her reflexes to a point beyond her mother's expectations.

Kayla would drop down and slide right under her mothers strike, coming to a halt. This caused an enormous sonic boom to follow her, and blow the water behind her away with great viciousness. She smiled at her mother, snickering at her failed attempt.*_

*^Kay would smile as she looked back at her daughter. She was doing better than she had hoped, leaving more room for promising outcomes. She turned to face her daughter who was exchanging a cocky smile.*^

"Good work. Now, sense I know now that your eyes are as fast as your feet, we can skip ahead a few lessons. Try to move further, and faster using the same technique."

*^Kay said smirking.*^

"I, of course, will provide you with obstacles. Go."

*^She said pointing in the direction Kayla was supposed to move.*^

"The fun part.."

_*Kayla said grinning as she focused her chakra and took off. She was moving twice as fast as before, but she was having the same amount of chakra loss. To on lookers, it would seem as if Kayla had warped, but she was simply moving. She was vigilant and ready for her mother's tasks.*_

"The fun part indeed.."

*^Kay said, instantly appearing in front of Kayla. She was running straight at her aiming to land a punch directly to her face using such force and speed, that if she connected, she might have probably killed her daughter. Kay's training tactics were extreme, but apparently effective.*^

*_Kayla smirked as she tucked and foward flipped over her mother's head. Dodging the punch and palming the back of her mother's head. She would flick her toward the incoming sonic boom, Kayla created by moving at such speeds. Afterwards, she landed back on the water and continued speeding.*_

"She's cocky.."

*^Kay said as she dodged rolled on the water and blasted directly through the sonic boom, moving fast enough to cancel it out completely. Kay-no would then barrel right and head back for her daughter, seeing how she would fair if Kay-no used her after images.

Kay increased her speed to near maximum, creating several after images that would blast off in arbitrary positions. The all attempted to attack Kayla: one attempted to sweep her off her feet, another attempted to heel drop her, another attempted to dragon kick her (dynamic entry style), another with a clothesline, and the last with a swift knee to her spinal cord. The real Kay-no was no where to be found.*^

_*Kayla would tuck and flip over the first after image, heel dropping it once she was directly above it. She then rolled and dodged the after image who attempted to to heel drop her. She side stepped the one who attempted to dragon kick her, she slid under the one attempting clothesline her and she back flip kicked the one attempting to knee her.

She blasted back off , remembering her task was to move and keep moving faster. Her steep learning curve allowed her to adjust to her speed at such a short amount of time.*_

"Damn she's fast. I almost couldn't keep up."

"But she's impressive.."

*^The real Kay-no said, being miles upon miles in front of Kayla. She performed a set of hand signs and she placed her hands on the ground.*^

"Hitooshi.."

*^Was the name of Kay's signiture no name attack. When she said this, Kay would cause the water below them to blow away, almost disintegrating through the sheer force of the attack. After leaving Kayla no where to run, the after images would converge on her, and commence to savagely beating her. This was a test of Kayla's reflexes.Kay-no was standing on the only piece of water left.*^
