Hunting For Souls

*~Lance would be walking in the Land of Eternal Rain walking down a long path. Where it lead he wasn't sure but hopefully it lead him to some souls. He wanted to start his reaping soon so that he could challenge someone. Somebody strong that he heard about ever since he got to the dusk. In order for him to even challenge this individual he needed to get stronger. So he just continued on walking.~*

*~As he continued his path he noticed that there was an opening coming up in the distance. A few minutes or so went buy Lance would be in the middle of the opening and have yet to find a monster yet. Perhaps here he would find something.~*

Fiiiine.

What would be walking along a path somewhere would be a Goblin Mage thirsting for blood.



It saw Lance and prepared to attack.

*~Lance smiled as he saw a monster come his way he changed his left fist into its scythe form and his right arm to his cannon arm and pointed it at the Goblin Mage. He fired two shots of his explosive wavelength towards the goblin in attempts to blow it up to asmitherines~*

The Goblin Mage started to cast some sort of magic as Lance was preparing, and in a moment's notice, it was gone. It had Vanished. Out of nowhere, however, a multitude of lightning started to rain down from the sky upon Lance's general area, trying to blow HIM to smithereens.

(Heh, irony....))

*~Lance watched as the mage suddenly disappeared, as lightning came down in the area trying to destroy him lance used his speed for a second dodging a few of them as used his scythe like a grappling hook swinging away from the lightning shower. Once it was over lance looked around wondering where the mage had gone.~*

The Goblin Mage was still nowhere in sight, for it used the Vanish technique. It would wear off after a while, but it was completely hidden at the moment, and intangible to physical attacks. As such, it could sneak around as it liked. From behind Lance, there would be a huge bolt of lightning shot out at him seemingly from nowhere, trying to blow him up. The Thundara again.

*~Lance felt the hairs on his neck stood up as the Thundara came from behind him and quickly avoided the blast and sent a blast of his wavelength at the direction the thundara came from by sheer instinct. Somehow the goblin was hiding from him and he would have to find away for him to beat him. He closed his eyes as both of his arms were now like canons and breathed in deeply focusing on the slightest movement that seemed out of place.~*

The Goblin Mage wondered why the boy was not in motion anymore... Was he foolish? Did he not know that he would be struck down if he did not move? THe Goblin Mage aimed to just strike him down there, but before that, it would take something minuscule out of one of its pockets and fling it in some arbitrary direction, letting it land to see what would happen. It waited.

*~Lances ears twitched as he heard the sound of an object hit the floor he then placed both cannons on the ground and sent a pulse wave of his wavelength into the traveling a good 30 ft radius hopefully capturing the goblin in the process where it would cause both physical damage as well as damage to its soul if it touched.~*
