The Frost-Bite Flame and his Pact

♋Damian slowly walked into the desert, with his long cloak of rags slightly waving in the horrid blowing breeze that swept sand in a blazing storm. Luckily Damian has thicken blackened goggles blocked the glaring sun and the burning sand as it sizzled against his skin, his pale pearly white skin.♋

"I shall harness the power of a beast and make a pact...it is my top priority now..."

♋Damian told himself over and over reminding him to keep focus and to also drive the pain of the burning sun and sand against his skin. His black clothes wasn't helping the situation else either as the heat energy was being absorbed in the dark colors making Damian sweating helplessly.♋

♋The reason why Damian would be looking around here for his pact beast is the infamous metalized serpent that slithers through the sand. It's entirety amazes Damian to the part on wanting to form the deadly pact with it. He knew it's metal properties could help fuel Damian's hunger of power.♋

"I shall seek your being, and overwhelm you...Judas...."

Judas began to slither underneath the scorching hot sand of the Eternal Desert in hunger of a little snack. His metallic semi-liquid tongue licked the sand tasting the surroundings for any nearby prey, and there was. Only one thing he sensed that was moving towards him. Readying himself he slithered into a coil, seconds to pounce.

I hope I get to play with my food this time...

♋Damian continued to walk despite the horrible conditions that he thrown himself into with the weather in the desert. Suddenly he froze, slightly he began to kneel allowing his one hand to touch the sand. The collision creating a low sizzling noise, however, Damian tried to push the pain away. But he heard something, he hear it, within the sand as it send vibrations of something being underground.♋

"Judas...I've come for you and you alone I shall conquer..."

♋Damian slammed his other hand onto the ground and pressed his other hand that was already in contact downward, pushing them deep into the sand. He sent a shifting pulse of the ground as the sand swirled under him creating this pulse that traveled through the sand towards Judas. After all it was a all out death match to take his prize with force.♋

"What attacks me so?"

Judas spoken softly to his self as the sand around him was shaking slightly disturbed, until it gradually and violently began to shake. However, he propelled his body upward from the coil position he was. thus, his large shiny metal body glittered(?) in the sandy sky. As it's large metal body was hoisted into the sandy sky, it's tail wrapped tightly against it's body.

"Metal Cannon Ball....Sand Tsunami!"

♋Damian quickly shuffled his arm to cover his face from the large explosion of sand as the snake leaped from underground into the air. "Magnificent.." Damian spoken within his mind as he gazed in amazement. Nonetheless, he would quickly change his outlook as he saw barely and very blurry from the sand storm that the almost camouflage serpent was coiling together closely, only to drop onto the ground creating a large wave of sand to be created, crashing it's wake towards Damian.♋

"Glacial Brown Flare Release: Inferno Wave!"

♋He grunted as his eyes were still fixed upon the falling serpent, and soon the large tsunami of sand crashing towards him. As such as his brown flame fluttered around him greatly a blazed it would coat and surround himself in a protection shield of the brown fire. Since of it's freezing capabilities, the sand as it crashing onto the fire would cease to move, and this would travel backwards to the rest of the sand.♋

"You cannot stop me from acquiring you..."

♋Damian shouted as he broken the flaming shield and leaped upon the sloped frozen sand, rushing towards the serpent before it managed to gather itself. But what he didn't suspect was fragments of the large serpent left astray. It exploded itself from the attack. Slightly smiling thinking the match was over, he was far from wrong.♋

Judas' body segments where indeed scattered over the sand from the destructive powers of it's Metal Cannon Ball: Sand Tsunami attack. However, as Damian glared from the distance the head of this metal beast was missing but he didn't realize until it would be too late, unless he was still channeling his chakra through the sandy earth for disturbances. But, the head of the beast grew in size underground as the large unicorn like horn of it's forehead also grew, illuminating it's own energy levels.

"Metal Release: Gigantic Drill Liner"

Judas softly spoken in his conscience as the horn quickly buzzed like a bit of a drill, however, Judas wouldn't think twice about lunging upward through the ground right underneath Damian.

Once Judas' head segment ripped through the earth, if he would catch Damian, it would send himself high into the sky ravaged in a large piercing wound. Yet, if Damian found enough time to escape Judas would quickly reattach himself with his "Metal Magnetism" jutsu which all his scattered segments would fly through the air right towards Damian, then return and reform Judas' body. And the ground underneath the if escaped Damian would collapse and sink his body like a quicksand.

♋Damian glared at the arranged segments on the ground. And he questioned and puzzled himself as he wondered if that was really Judas or a mere metal clone. He would turn his head both sides trying to come to a conclusion. Then, suddenly the earth shook underneath him. Startled he tried to jump out of the violent turn of the ground. However, he was a second too late as the horn drove it's horn into left thigh sending him not straight up but on a 45 degree angle to the right, sliding across the sand he felt it burning and scrapping under his clothing.

"Shit..."

♋Damian's body struggled to get up at first, however his thigh was gushing a large amount of blood as the large puncture hole was present.♋

"Glacial Brown Flare..."

♋Damian's right hand illuminated in a flame as he covered his wound, and the flame seemed to cease the blood from flowing from the area's blood vessels which they would be rerouted in the other directions. Yet, he would need to finish this quickly or part of his left leg might not be so lucky in the end.♋

"I'll make you my pact beast!"

♋Damian shouted as he jumped staggeringly to his side as he felt the ground violently shake once again. Wanting to avoid another injury Damian would then toss his brown fire at the beast.♋

Judas' magnetic body segments would fly at an alarming rate towards Damian, and if they managed to miss him they would still reattach themselves, however they would be larger than before. They were forming into a large metal plated serpent that was fifty-feet tall and it's length was unknown as it's tail was burrowed underground.

"...And I will continue to get larger as the many more times I used my Metal Cannon Ball technique...soon I will be unstoppable...sadly I'm afraid you won't last long enough, nonetheless if you manage to stop me-"

The brown fire coming towards Judas was caught off guard as it's flare was moving at an alarming rate and this sandstorm was near to blindness. Quickly it moved and slithered it's body in complicated knots and shapes as it managed to dodge all the brown fire, or so he thought. A part of his body was going numb, or in his case disconnected in a way since he has no internal parts to him.

♋Damian slowly managed to regain his movement but he would have to not depend on moving a lot since it could destroy the frozen vessels by the glacial flame. He was running out of options as he can't move anywhere without dealing more damage to himself. It was like a losing war. Suddenly, he cracked a smile.♋

"Lava Release: Glacial Bursting Tsunami Destruction!"

♋Damian hasn't used his fusion techniques with his Kekkei Genkai, but thought this opportunity seen fit as the situation was pushing him into a corner of limited options. As Damian shouted this new combination attack of his, the sand would change and sprout gushes of globs in the air. Unbeknownst that it was actually magma which took the color of his Glacial Flare technique. The brownish magma sprouted in different directions. Then, suddenly the brown magma erupted in an explosion sending a large wave of it towards the large serpent, Judas.♋

"I'll freeze your body then...."

♋Damian whispered as his earlier flare sparked his thoughts as it affected Judas. With the magma undoubtedly going to hit Judas even a small touch would travel through the entire being. It seemed like the end was over.♋

It seemed as if Damian thought the battle was over as his special freezing fire was spreading over Judas' body. He was far from wrong as it seemed that he forgotten that Judas can detach his metal limbs and regrow new parts.

"Hmhmhmmhm! You adolescent boy....you will never best me!"

Judas growled aloud as his voice scratched the sentence out sounding more like a machine and a deep mensing voice leaped from his mouth. From Judas' mouth as it slowly reopened he was coughing something out.

"Reproduction Release: Budding Technique!"

Judas managed to cough out just before his large body would turn to stone, but his life was spared as a smaller version of the metal serpent spilled out of the larger ones mouth. It quickly rose it's head to glare at Damian.

"Corrosive Jetting Steam!"

Judas' mouth hung open as a jet of steam forced out of his mouth, as the steam clashed with the ground a large trench was being created dragging it's pathway towards Damian.


♋Damian stood where he was he was limited and becoming cornered as he saw his plan fail and now watches his near death experience while the jet of steam is running along closer towards him.♋

"How did my plan not work, there must be something inside him that is allowing him to do so...I need to freeze him from the inside..."

♋Damian thought to himself, as the reflection of the steam was in his eyes as it drew closer and closer with each second remaining, then it came to him. As he was slightly shaking by keeping his body upright he knew he had to make a sacrifice. Damian lifting his bad harmed left leg into the air and his entire body was suddenly enveloped in a light brown glow.♋

"Rock Wreaker Jutsu!"

♋Damian would thrust his body forward and rotate his body into a spinning corkscrew. Barely missing the jet stream by several centimeters he could feel the heat on his flesh. But Damian held his hands outward and pushed his body back away so his hands wouldn't be scorched. As his body erupted in a brown color, he continued to spin next to the jet of stream, releasing a large amount of his Glacial Flare which quickly began to freeze the steam being released and it traveled through the steam only to soon meet the Serpents mouth. But would this move be affective, or has Damian conjured more pain for him not to handle and possible die in this desert.♋

Judas continued to boiling hot steam to be shot out of his mouth. However it seemed a little too late as he suddenly noticed from within the mist of the steam around him was a glowing energy. Suddenly he realized it was Damian.

"How the hell could he-"

Judas felt his mouth going from what could be scorching hot to a icy sensation throughout his mouth, until it moved quickly through his body. Within a matter of seconds, his entire body was frozen solid. The storm seemed to have lifted indicating it was manipulated by Judas. However, despite his entire being, well being frozen solid he could still talk and then his deep voice echoed through his hollow body.

"You-" "Boy, you are something I did not expect...this energy you possess-"

♋Damian looked at him, removing his darkened goggles and stared at the beast from afar. Then without caution his body slipped into the ground, and reappeared a few feet in front of Judas. His hands outstretched and his head looking downwards.♋

"Judas, I have came to make a spiritual connection with you, a pact. Will you come to terms?"

♋Damian didn't want to upset this large beast, only he knew that his frozen technique wouldn't last too long and he didn't want the beast to figure this out and kill him where he stood, defenseless.♋

"You-" "You boy will lose your a part of what makes you, you"

Judas said chuckling, wondering what part this boy that stood before him would lose forever just to gain him. He pondered and thought that over time his spirit would extend and most likely overwhelm and control this boy's body whenever. 'A human host....' Judas would then slither out his response.

"I grant you the beast pact with me...hmhmm"

Judas chuckled once again almost sinister, it was unknown about what now, or if it was about the possibility of him being able to later to control his body fully.

♋Damian's body would be lifted higher to face the beast's face with the aid of a giant pillar that appeared from the sand of the desert. As Damian's hand hovered closer to the giant serpents body, he became to get a bit nervous. Was this what he really wanted? He was beginning to question what he wanted in the first place.♋

"If I die, you shall perish with me. If you fall, I shall give-out and decease along side..."

♋Suddenly as Damian's hand touched the surface of the beast he felt a sudden strange essence entering his body. Slowly the giant serpent began to wither away and be absorbed into Damian.♋

"What is-"

♋Damian couldn't finish his sentence, as he was abruptly cut off from a sharp feeling of pain as if someone punched and shot his atom's apple. Around his neck something was weighting on his shoulders. His neck snapped upwards feeling straighter than before. But it was held by something. Damian's eyes shot wide open, as he slowly opened his mouth and blood was pouring from it, he wanted to scream so loud it would be heard around the world, but couldn't it was him, Judas. He has done something. And Damian's trembling hands quivered closer towards his neck only to be blocked by something cold and solid. What he couldn't make out what it was. But it was there, something was clamped over his neck and was connected all around his neck and through his neck. It was a bear-trap clasped around his neck, and it's spike that would connect the two sides of the trap if opened slashed through his voice box.♋

"I own what makes you, yourself....you can no longer speak for I will speak from your voice now..."

♋The rock pillar that Damian stood on crumbled and he fell to the ground, only to try and get up.♋

"I will show you my power soon enough..."

♋Judas said as the bear trap was opening it's tight metal jaws which a large amount of sand from the desert seemed to be being sucked through the jaws of the monster. And Damian would feel the searing heat of the sand enter his throat, but where it was going he didn't know. The pain was beginning to become unbearable, and his body disappeared within the ground towards the unknown.♋
