Personality:He likes to toy with his oppenents as they fight.He tends to wait for the enemy to slip up as he would attack quickly.He drinks the blood of both animals and people to stop the beast inside him from taking over.He is calm so pissing him off won't be very easy.He likes to have fun and try to make life the best he can.
Bio
Draco was born in the time of war as many nations fought to stay alive.He was one of those few children that were made to fight.With his skills of fighting in types of ranges he was well known.He would have trouble sleeping because of the nights of howling.He was still very different from others as his tail would come out of his back.They soon attacked him for being different, and he left to find better use of himself.He soon found a group of travelers as he worked with them.He worked as thier body gaurd and protected them as they traveled.The group was alot of women, and always wore cloaks.The women would do magic for peoples amusement, and they would teach him to manifest the magic instead himself with special gloves.After the job was done they didn't need his help anymore and gave him a sword as well as the gloves he got.He now wonders around to find something new to do and will have fun doing it.

His Ability to change into any animal from a Ant-eater to a Zebra.The skill is useful but depending on the animal would require more charka.For Example a bat would be a small amount of charka and a bear would require more charka strain but are stronger,faster, and smarter then normal animals.Even in his normal body he would be able to gain the instincts of a animal but to use it fully would be to transform into that said animal.
