As you could imagine having the power to rip everything asunder would make you weary of getting too close to people, from the fear of killing them. These glasses dont deactivate his mystic eyes. But simply tricks his mind into seeing the area around him as everyone else does with a special magick. They are generally indestructible. Only a sorceress or Ketten himself could destroy them. Due to the fact that a Sorceress made them and Ketten can cut anything.

He uses nothing but bladed weapons. Because he feels that anything else would mock his ability entirely...
