Traits
--- Being a Pandora, or a Genetically-enhanced HUMAN girl (hint), Vera has incredible speed and strength. She's very fast and with Accel Turn she's even faster, and her strength is nothing to scoff at since she is truly able to lift up to two tons, though it tires her out severely after extended full use of her strength and speed.
--- She has heightened senses of hearing and eyesight because of her Volt Texture and her Stigma.
--- If worst comes to worst, she can reattach her limbs, much like a Claymore can, but it'll take time and concentration. She still feels the pain of the severing though.
--- It's not that she CAN'T learn ninjutsu, It's that she doesn't WANT to.
--- Just because she's reluctant to learn Ninjutsu, she still has good Chakra Control to be able to use her Accel Turn efficiently.
--- Vera can come off as cold-hearted, but she just has an extreme killing intent, that's all.
--- Vera is single and doesn't think that she needs a man.
