Razzmatazz~

Sadako had a smile upon her lips as she waited. It was a quaint scene, really, at that lakeshore. This morning she'd slipped out of the bed of her husband just before dawn and left him a note on their bedside table, telling him to join her when he was ready. It was just past midday, and she laughed a little to herself... Maze sure loved his sleep.

Idly, her golden gaze skimmed across the surface of the water as she hummed, weaving a soft melody within the sounds that were already there... The soft breeze rustling the leaves, the quiet lapping of the waves against the shore...

But she suddenly stopped, smirking. Seemed like Maze was finally awake.

-*As Maze finally arrived to the scene he made his way toward Sado standing by the lakeside. Needless to say he was surprised by this. Waking up alone only to find a note. Maze had feared she'd disappeared again. He looked a tad bit like a mess since he was rushing out to meet up her, his bed head still showing.*-

"T..their you are."

Walking toward him, she played the part of a concerned wife perfectly, fixing his clothes and smoothing his hair between her fingers... She smiled as she murmured,

"Worried, were you?"

Suddenly, she disappeared in a flurry of wind... Only for him to notice the tendril of water that had snaked out. Since he wasn't likely expecting it, the cold water would likely be a shock as it splashed him, utterly drenching his clothes. Laughing, Sadako could be seen swinging her legs from a nearby tree.

"I think it's high time we lighten up a little, sweetheart~!"

-*Maze slowly turned to face his ever playful wife soak in the cold water she had splashed him with. Ever there was any sleep left in his eyes it was gone now.*-

"What was that for?"

-*He spoke as if he were a child and his parents had taken away his favorite toy. It was a sad day when a husband gets bullied by his wife.*-

The water quickly dried, a soft warmth quickly enveloping him as Sadako stuck out her tongue, playfully.

"Come, now! Don't tell me you've forgotten how we used to 'play'~! We're not that old!"

Laughing again, the ground rumbled beneath his feet, threatening to swallow him up if he didn't move... Really, she wanted them to simply take a few hours off from being parents, from being Sannin of a village... They needed to get back to acting their own ages, to let loose and have a little fun~~

"Tsk."

-*With the rumbling beneath his feet Maze leaped into the air avoiding Sado's little trick. Be stay in the sky floating in mid-air sighing as he looked back to his wife.*-

"Come now Sado. Playing isn't what we should be doing right now."

Lounging on her back, Sadako still smirked, looking up to her husband.

"Oh, but I do disagree. Soon we'll have nothing but work and family on our minds... And what time will that leave for just the two of us?"

Swirling her wrist about in a lazy fashion, the winds started to pick up, likely buffeting Maze to and fro... T'was still playful, though~

"Aghh...!!"

-*The winds Sado had called forth spun and threw Maze about in the air making him dizzy to the point of vomiting. He was starting to get annoyed with this and released out a quick burst of magical energy to quell her winds. Maze fixing him self looked toward his wife yet again however this time it wasn't just to talk. By the time Sado could realize it Maze was in front her taking her hand in his and holding it tight as he float in front of the branch she was sitting on.*-

"Sado....what makes you think that?"

Ever playful, she leaned forward and kissed just the tip of his nose. Her lips had just barely touched him before she was melding with the air in a soft flurry of wind, tugging at his hair and clothes gently.

"If you want to know, play the game~"

Sadako's voice softly wrapped around him, in a soothing carress... She appeared out over the lake now, lazily floating along the surface, her chakra wings slowly being knitted back into reality. She flapped them once, then twice, experimentally... Before she looked back at him, beckoning her husband with a finger~

-*Maze turned back to Sado lowering himself down so that he would but an inch from surface of the lake. Small ripples in the water started to wave out from underneath Maze as he sighed once again. Now he knew his daughters got their attitude from.*-

"You know I've never been too good at games dear."

-*He smiled as he spoke getting ready to start this game of 'Husband and Wife' by taking a some what casual running stance. He looked at his wife and her wings made from chakra and thou they weren't her real wings............she was still as beautiful as ever.*-

Said wings flared, easily twice the wingspan of her old, but held with utmost poise and grace... She smirked, playfully, before beating her wings once, the sky darkening around them. Water rose from the surface of the lake, the wind howling as shadows shivered into place overhead, blocking out the light except for what fell on them... Call it a spot-light, if you will~

The cool water fell as a light drizzle, though it didn't seem to effect Sadako. A small flame was lit in the palm of her hand, encased by layers and layers of protective and nourishing air... A touch of earth surrounded the sphere, hardening into a see-through orb. The flame flickered, cycling through different flame colours. She tucked this into a small netted bag at her hip, running her fingers along it.

"Extinguish the flame~"

Her voice teased, knowing that there was a very good chance that he'd be good at THIS game. But, the layers and whatnot ensured that be would have to get close enough to snag the orb himself... Which would make the game all that much more fun~. The netting of the bag itself had the strength of the volatile elements, which made it pretty much impervious of magic... This should be fun~

"Hmph.."

-*Maze smiled as he slowly started to approach Sado. Maybe she was right, maybe we had been working to hard as of late....and this seemed like it was going to be loads of fun. Leave it to Sado to know what Maze really needs.

From Maze shot out a group of transparent forms of himself. They all moved toward Sado all seeming to be after her bag and the flame within.*-

He seemed to be everywhere at once! She couldn't keep track of him... Ooh, he was good. However, it wouldn't take more than a moment for her to wrap her wings around herself and anything on her person... Before sending out a massive pulse of wind to knock all the silly Mazes back as Sadako herself skipped back along the lake, adding a touch of shadows to her feet to help with her speed... Two could play at that game~!

-*The transparent Maze's would stand unaffected by Sado's pulse of wind. They weren't clones nor were they illusions buy afterimages and would fade way on their own accord. As Sado skipped along the lake she would surly notice the shift in Maze's energies and she'd noticed that another of these transparent Maze's would be directly in the path she was moving. Smiling and waving to his wife.*-

Laughing, she instantly dove under the surface of the freezing lake, moving through it as easily as she would air... And, best part was, she had no problems breathing. However, the surface of the lake was utterly dark, and Maze wouldn't be able to see his wife... Oh, what would he do~?

-*The transparent afterimages all disappeared and Maze the true Maze would appear in the center of the lake. His wife was a slick one. Maze in the water.....not pretty.*-

"Come now sweetheart don't run away from me."

-* Maze would lean down and touch the surface of the lake mutter a shot incantation spreading his magical influence threw the lake. Suddenly the waters of the lake would shoot up in a violent eruption leaving the once great lake as nothing but a large crater in the ground. The waters from the lake stay suspended in the air now under Maze's influence. Hopefully the eruption would flush out his wife and maybe even separate her from her bag. He knew she'd be ok Sado was tough and he thought it be nice to see if she still had her gusto.*-

... Of course Sadako was alright. She was an elementalist afterall~! It was simply a matter of slipping into the earth as she felt Maze's influence start to spread throughout the lake.. She didn't want to be caught, afterall! Feeling the soft tremor in the air as he murmured his spell, she instantly dove deeper into the earth. It would be as if she had simply gone 'POOF!' into thin air! Er. Maybe water... Or earth? Heck, this is confuzzling.

However... Maze suddenly had a wild Sadako clinging to his back, nibbling lightly and playfully at his neck before she disappeared back into the air... Darn it, she definitely was a slippery one!

However.. This time, if he looked close enough, he could see a soft glow moving with the air currents on the far side of the crater. Seems like she couldn't hide the glow, even when she disguised herself~

-*Maze would blush a tad at Sado's playing. Thou he was having fun Maze wanted to know what Sado was keeping from him and that kept him focused. It seemed that Sado was getting careless in her play leaving a trail for Maze to follow. Maze would once again use his speed as in advantage appear at the point in which the trail ended intercepting Sado's path. He realized out a way of magic energy threw out the area. The energy would cause all things to return to their natural form and as such would change Sado back into her physical form. Maze would step to the side of Sado's trail and reached out to take her bag as he let her continue past him. Sado who was more the likely caught off guard by all this would hopefully be in to much shock to avoid Maze and hopefully the bag would be his.*-

Ah, clever! However, the form that Sado had assumed wasn't really 'unnatural', persay. But, since his magic technically would revert her to her usual form, she let Maze grab hold of the netted bag, taking the opportunity to steal a kiss from him as her chakra wings were dispelled. Smiling, she rested her forehead against his, whispering,

"I have something to tell you~"

The flame fluttered out as soon as his hand touched it, though Sadako's playful joy only grew~

-*Finally victorious Maze slowly approached his wife. This game was over and he wanted to know what she was going to tell him.*-

"What is it dear?"

Cushions of air surrounded him everywhere Sadako wasn't, just incase he had a reaction like last time... However, laughter bubbled to her lips as she admitted the joyous news... She'd only been back a few weeks, and it was a little surprising.

"Maze, my dear, I'm pregnant~"

-*From everything Maze could of done..fainting (like last time), crying, exploding Maze just started to laugh. A radiant light came from him and touching warmth embraced the two.*-

"T-that's amazing Sadako.."

-*A scene of happiness spread threw his body as he warped his arms around her and kissed her lightly..this was...nice*-

Her lips brushed against his lightly before she paused, frowning.

"We have a visitor at the Labyrinth, love. I suppose our fun couldn't last long."

She disappeared in another flurry of wind, knowing that they'd meet up again back at home. What could this shinobi want?
