Rasshu

These are V's most trusted, Handy weapons. They were passed down from his parents once they saw him fit to hold them, which was at the age of 13. These whips were created with Fukitsu Chakra, Vibranium, and a stone said to possess magical capabilities. The stone was infused with the whips, and gave it the ability to shapeshift into various weapons at will. Each weapon created by this shapeshifting technique has the unique ability to stretch at great lengths with ease, and fairly quick as well.

Basic Ninja Tools:

Kunai- Always carries some with him.

Explosive tags- Various uses, chakra usage to delay explosions

Poison Bombs-Release a toxic gas over a set area.

Smoke bomb- For cloaking uses or a quick escape

Ninja Scrolls- Summon various items. Most things from a giant shuriken to a bolt of lightning. Requires more chakra depending on what is being summoned.

Jacket- The jacket V always seems to wear. It is made of lead, so it is heavy, but luckily V has grown accustomed to this thing for he rarly takes it off. Becomes extremely fast if it is removed though.

Tracker Shuriken- Shuriken that give off a signal that is only comprehendable to V. This allows V to find whatever the shuriken is touching.

Goggles- Multi-purpose, so it has no set usage.
