Seeing new faces

-->Duo walks into the bar and looks around, surely being only 13 years old he was under age, but what the hell, he was on his own now and he might as well live it up. he walks over to the counter and pulls his hood low over his face, then forsaking his childish act he spoke in a rather deep voice<-- "Gimme' a beer barkeep" -->Duo then glanced around the bar, once again, finally realizing just how empty it was<-- "Man..sure hope someone shows up soon..."

Ayaka ran in, a large grin on her face. She held up a hand to the barkeep. "Yo! Teddy! The usual, kay?" Ayaka stood beside Duo without knowing it, and glanced in his direction. "Well hey, I haven't seen you before!"

-->Duo turned to face this new person with a smile on his face<-- "Well hello there, My name is Duo...and you are...?" -->Duop would take a sip of his beer after talking and almost spit it out, it was easily the worst thing he'd ever tasted, but he forced it down so as to not stand out<--

"Well hey there, Duo. I'm Ayaka. Ayaka Woulfe. And-" her voice dropped to a whisper, " Aren't you a bit young for aomething that strong?" she laughed and took her beer from Teddy. It was old-fashioned Guiness, straight from the tap. She downed it in a few seconds, letting out a happy sigh.

"Wha--how did--" -->Duo could tell he was very loud and so he lowered his voice to a whisper<-- "How did you know?" -->Duo didn;t expect people to realize his age, but it seems his disguise wasn't good enough<--

Ayaka laughed, and lowered her voice again. "I've picked up a few things from my friend Mayumi. She can see the truth vn everything, 'n gave me a few pointers. Plus, I saw the sour face when you tasted the beer. Us elders take what were used to, and not what we know is too strong for us" she chuckled, and dug into her pocket. She rubbed at herb to pieces in her palm and sprinkled it into Duo's beer. "Here. It's no longer Alcholic, and tastes abit more kid-friendly. Used it all the time back in my day" she said, smiling at him.

-->Duo took a sip of the new and improved beer and smiled, that taste had improved at least 20--no 100 fold, and Duo gratly enjoyed it. He downed the whole mug in an instant and burped in delight<-- "Man that was good...what did you put in it...and what do you mean ELDER, you don't look THAT old to me"

Ayaka grinned. "Oh, just alittle something I grow myself. It's kinda a herb hybrid..." Ayaka glanced at him. "Well, I guess it's just fun to call myself elder sometimes, my father always said-" she stopped and made a pose like her father, her face angry and finger out "- YOUNG LADY, LISTEN TO YOUR ELDERS!" she regained her normal compuser and grinned widely. "It's just fun finally being able to say it, I guess. Even though I'm only 19..." she said, laughing.

-->Duo laughed at this childish display, this girl seemed nice and fun<-- "Hahaha you're a funny person you know that" -->Duo hadn't laughed since he left his house the night he took over Noahs body<-- "Have a seat, tell me about yourself Ayaka"

Ayaka smiled. "I am? Woo, I'm good at something!" she said, laughing. She shrugged and sat on a random seat, scratching her chin slightly. "Myself, hmm? Well, depends on what you wanna now. 19 long years of my life, or specific things?" she asked, grinning teasingly.

-->Duo removed his hood and scratched his head as he thought.<-- "I dunno, just tell me something interesting."

Ayaka grinned, her teeth glowing a bright white under the bar lights. "I'm a werewolf" she it calmly, as if she had said, 'My hair is blonde'.

-->Duo paused momentarily, then let out a small chuckle before speaking<-- "A werewolf...Ya' know, when I said something interesting, I ment for it to be true as well."

Ayaka snorted. "Don't believe me?" she leaned slightly closer to Duo, a wicked smile on her face. "Would you like me to prove it?"
