This is a grandhall, where anyone can come and recive a special mission to caputre a wanted person. Or they can just sign up for an already existing one. It is possible to organize a team to caputre one person. GIRR, resides over this hall.
This is where those who have successfully caught and detained a prisoner go to recieve their earnings. Special requests for rewards require approval. Other rewards will just be money.
