This announcement goes out to all all jounin and higher shinobi of the chaos. I have notice that people arent getting ranks in this village and it is making me very mad. You guys are to wrapped up in your "Epic" that you are forgetting the little guys. Now I expect all qualifying proctors to start picking up the stray ranking Exam post and to make sure you POST back to them. These people pay hard earned cash to take a ranking exam and I expect it to be respected. That is all.
