Kagato's Moveset

Kekei Genkai
Gale's Grace: Allows Kagato to use the wind as he pleases. He can fly on it and use it to recharge his chakra(with a price). The main part of his Kekei Genkai is the ability to use it to read his opponent. A disturbance in the air can be felt and he can use this to his advantage. (More will be added when more is discovered)

Water Jutsus
Water Bullets: Water is condensed to be as hard as steel and shot at the opposition

Water Dome: Water is condensed around the opponent then crashes in with crushing force

Water Dragon Jutsu: Water Dragon is summoned to attack

Water Prison Jutsu: The opponent is trapped in a sphere of water(must touch to use). Once in, the water begins to drown them

Tsunami Blade: A wave is summoned then bursts at the opponent, slicing them like blades

Wind Jutsus
Wind Scythe Jutsu: The wind is used like razors, slicing the opponent

Air Blade Jutsu: Wind is condensed and used to slice the opponent

Vacuum Jutsu: A tornado is summoned, trapping the enemy(must touch to use). Once in, the tornado either sucks the air away from the opponent or rips them to shreds

Wind's Whisper: The air around the opponent condenses and proceeds to crush the oppnent

Combination Jutsu
Hurricane Jutsu: Winds blow at very high speeds, slicing the opponent. Water is then used along the wind, shooting like high speed bullets
