| Details: Numerous souls have been reaped and stolen lately from anyone and everyone. The suspect has not been identified, however it has been thought to be the notorious thief, Lupin. The number of souls stolen by him from innocents is unknown, though this is a serious matter for if he devours so many, he will quickly become a Kishin. He must be stopped immediately. He is armed.
