The point is to store up lightning chakra in your arm and hand while your arm is cocked back, and then to release it when thrusting forward, but also cutting it off with your other hand, so that you dont release too much. you must store up chakra in both hands, in the cocked hand and in a open palm. That way, you can store up as much as you like in your cocked hand, and then shoot out a concentrated amount, and still have some more left in your hand that you can release.

Try this, you need to send lightning into the earth, and make it move like a pulse, which will then, hit the person, and stun and electrocute them.
