Bringing in a New Student, Shinigami-sama... Sal Rhicter...

With Sal behind him, Tear entered the Death Room, passing through the long hallway of straight guillotines. He could sense something was going on with Sal, but didn't pay it any mind at the moment. If Shinigami said something about it, then it must have been bad, but otherwise, Tear would just let it go.

Tear would finally reach Shinigami's podium in front of his mirror, writing down 42-42-564 so that he could summon Shinigami.

"... Shinigami-sama, we have a weaponless new student... Would you care to greet him? His name is Sal..."

-Sal peaked over Tear's shoulder looking in the mirror surface with the blunt still smoking greatly, he didn't like getting it ignorantly in peoples faces so he held it behind him while he looked into the mirror in intrigue his mind still bursting with excitement and murderous intent all contained in his mind of course-

Shinigami's image would appear as Tear wrote the numbers, of course, after a dial tone and fluctuation of the mirror's image. Shinigami could be seen with pitch blackness in the background.

"Hey! Hello! Hi there, Tear-kun!! You have brought for me another new student~?"

Shinigami looked over Tear's shoulder, only to be 'face to face' (kinda) with the new student, who was doing the same thing. He would stare him in the eyes for a few moments, exchanging stares, gazing through the hazy smoke.

"HE'S IN!!!" Shinigami would blatantly say, giving the thumbs up to Sal and Tear.

"Holy Shit... what the fuck is this thing?"

-Being a stoner by nature he would imagine death to look a lot more deathly, of course... Shinigami-sama... wasn't so this kinda creeped Sal out. But he looked Shinigami-sama in the face for a minute or two and backed up behind tear-

"That was easy... Though that guy scares the shit out of me, is he the one who is watching over this place?"

-Sal said as if he could detect Shinigami's Soul Wavelength all around maybe it was just a fluke-

Tear sighed heavily, lowering his head a bit at Shinigami's willingness to accept him.

"... Shinigami-sama... Don't go around accepting people just from first appearances..."

Tear raised his head, then looked back at Sal.

"... Um... Shinigami-sama had to take on a different persona once making Shibusen... This place is full of students, you know... it is rather unbecoming of the big, scary Reaper to go around looming over the kids and scaring them to death..."

Tear then nodded to his later question.

"... Yes... Shinigami-sama protects the entire village... His soul is one with it."

"Yeah... thats fuckin' awesome, I didn't know I could see something like that though but it is everywhere so it should be obvious right? What's it called?"

-Sal said distancing himself from Tear, manifesting his whip that he knows has a soul in it but refuses to come out for some fuckin' reason-

"So what do we do about this twins? Yeah, I know.. earlier I said it was just one soul but now I'm positive there's too and one always tries to overpower the other when im in this state of mind if you know what I mean."

Shinigami wasn't really listening to Tear, as he insisted to continue his thumbs up sign at Tear and Sal. That is, until Sal started to talk.

"Hrrrmmm~?"

Shinigami knew what Sal was seeing... It was via Soul Perception, he must have been viewing Shinigami's soul, which was large enough to cover the entire Dusk Village.

"... You can see my soul, hm?"

Then he started going on about twins, which Shinigami was oblivious to.

"Hrrrmmm..."

Shinigami's arm would slip out of the mirror slowly as if it were a portal, getting a clear shot for Sal's head...

"SHINIGAMI CHOP DIRECTLY TO THE HEAD!!"

He brought his gigantic hand down and what seemed to be a blur, driving the flat, box-like hand down into the middle of Sal's head.

"Are you okaaaay~?"

-Such a precise chop... with just enough power to bring sal COMPLETELY down from his high was what occurred, this knocked Sal out for a good minute and then he rose and acted a bit different. Though it could be told in his soul rather than in his mannerisms, it was as if his soul was bi polar?-

"Yeah, I'm good but I'm sure there was a method to your madness..."

-Sal said as he rose up slowly, his body shaking ect.... that shit fucking hurt-

Shinigami gave him the thumbs up once more, retracting his hand back into the mirror.

"Good Good!! You seemed to be lost in thought there, so a Shinigami Chop Directly To The Head would definitely bring you back to this world, huh~~?"

Shinigami then looked at Tear, showing what he could see with Sal's soul in his eyes/facial expression... Despite how very slight that was. His voice became a little more serious when talking to Tear. He was talking lower than normal, so that Sal couldn't hear as he recovered from the chop.

"... Tear-kun... Watch him. His soul is unstable... Insanity could take him at any time..."

Yes, Tear could sense the bipolar souls of Sal, as well. He already knew what Shinigami was doing, as Shinigami always knew what he was doing... He just set it up.

Tear looked at Shinigami with the same look of concern, yet hidden with his nonchalant smile.. His emotions could be seen in his eyes. He understood everything Shinigami wished... If insanity this one and he didn't know how to control it, like the resident Kage, then he'd end up like the late... Fuuma Tera. And they couldn't have another rogue ninja/meister doing unknown things due to insanity.

Tear finally turned to Sal after the miniature 'private meeting' with Shinigami, looking at him while he was in pain.

"Is there anything else you wish of Shinigami-sama while you're here, Sal...? He seems to have accepted you into Shibusen already..."

-Sal was in the process of rolling another blunt, but stopped... and kept it for later. He'll smoke a bit later perhaps.-


"Uhh... am I in trouble?"

-Sal said scratching his head in confusion with a blissful smile on his face.-

Tear shook his head, closing his eyes.

"Not at all, Sal... You're fine. Anything else you wish to ask while you are here? If not, feel free to look around Shibusen..."

"Damn, looks like I gotta find a way to bring out the souls of this thing on my own eh?"

-Sal said to himself looking at the whip before him... the soul within was different than before when he was high maybe that was some inclination as to what he could possibly do.-

"Unless you can help me out Tear-sensei!"

-He said looking up smiling-

Tear nodded, not exactly knowing too much about bringing a secondary soul out... That was more of Khrona's work... He was the one who knew everything about Souls. Tear only knew a set amount. Regardless, if Tear couldn't do it, he would send Sal to Khrona... Provided Khrona would accept him.

"... Yes. If we practice... I am sure we can learn of... the second soul."

-Sal tossed the whip into the air, and whipped out the blunt that was in his pocket, lit it and took a nice hit of it sending him back up into the air and once again causing his mentality and wavelength to fluctuate once more plunging him back into darker thoughts and causing the other soul to take over-

"Let's do it... So tell me how this works? Am I supposed to speak to it and it comes out on its own? Is it shy? Why only one at a time? As you can see, I'm new to this."

Tear noticed the fluctuation in the wavelength when he started to smoke... That was what was causing him to switch souls.

"... Your blunt is what is causing your souls to switch. You must blaze up whenever you wish to alternate between souls, it would seem..."

Tear had that much figured out so far... But more analysis of the situation was in order. He didn't know if this guy could have both active at once.

"I wonder if I can get high enough to use both..."

-Sal put his weapon down and rolled another, and another he was going to light 3 at once an inhale them all. And he did so, but this cause his wavelength to fluctuate wildly after a minute or two of him smoking at one point, both of the soul were dominant but the higher he got the more the second took over the first plunging Sal into more darkness another shinigami chaaaap would be needed-

"Nope... I don't think this is the case."

-Carrying on, Sal not noticing his own change within himself picked up the weapon as their wavelengths already showed some sign of resonate and Sal's soul was passively absorbing stray soul waves as he let the high set in. His body began to steam he was just looking down at the weapon now... standing there-

Tear noticed the difference in what happened when he touched the weapon and when he didn't have it... The whip seemed to pull in his wavelength and sliiightly calm the one that wasn't in use.

"Perhaps... potential for a weapon...?"

"What ever do you mean Sensei?

-Sal said looking up at Tear, quite baked.... his eyes low and a calm yet obviously sinister tone took over his voice he flipped the whip around in his hands and cracked it once behind him, a fog appeared of sorts-

Shinigami now decided to step out of his mirror, the mirror's surface rippling as he did so. He towered over both of them, but waved at Sal as if he weren't a giant black mass.

"Tear-kun, you think that his weapon could harbor the other soul he has...?"

Of course, Shinigami felt the same, which would make that a good way to get him a Soul Partner without actually... having to look for one. Though... Shinigami could only think of what the consequences would be upon Soul Resonance. Tear would have to train that to become stable... Because they could resonate with Insanity itself (I've seen it happen, it looks cool. XD).

"Saaal-kuuuun~! Do you want a Soul Partner~~?"

-Out of the fog behind him would be a pair of nice beady little eyes, as if he opened a rift into his imagination of sorts but would quickly be wisped away as Sal heard Shinigami's call out to him-

"Sure...! I think this whip would serve me just fine!"

Tear noticed the little fog that opened up as he cracked the whip.. Definitely souls inside of the whip... Perhaps a soul weapon already? But if so, why would it not change into a human form?

"... Sal... Is your whip, by chance, a Soul Weapon already?"

I mean, the whip could just be one of those weapons that steals souls from people and harbors them inside of it for eternity, like you see in those old cursed movies and such. There was no real way to make sure without transformation.

"I think so... but for some reason or another, it won't transform. It's like it doesn't want me to know or some shit."

-Sal tossed the whip out in front of him in efforts that maybe it would trigger a reaction out of the whip. After a couple moments the whip would shine when Sal's back was turned and transform into a pair of twins, I guess one was the handle a-nd one was the whip? It was odd. The dominant one right now was the girl, and the recessive one was the boy who was cowering behind the girl.-

Rin: If you want us to come out did you ever think of saying please!?
-Said the girl filling the room with her voice to makeup for her size-

Kai: It's okay... he's a nice person anyway, I like him

"Well you guys came out didn't you?"

-Sal and the boy laughed, the girl scoffed but resolved within herself-

Rin: I guess you're right, who are you?

-Rin, the girl turned to Tear looking upwards-

Tear didn't seem surprised during the transformation, but was interested.. Normally, one person had the ability to become 2 or more different weapons, like he could... However these two were two different people becoming... one weapon? This type of circumstance usually only happened when a sort of Soul Resonance happened... Hm. It could prove to be very stressful on the soul... Very stressful, especially with the fluctuating mindset that Tear could see... He turned to Shinigami, he would give 'the stare' of concern, then back to his weapon partners.

"... I am Tear Lacrimoso... Pleased to meet your acquaintances. This is Shinigami-sama, as you probably already know, if you had been viewing the conversation from your weapon forms..."

Tear looked over to Sal... His soul was calmer and less stressed when not wielding both weapons and when he was high... Teen Angst, most definitely.
