Trey's Jutsu

Trey uses energy arrows and solid arrow the solid arrows are steel and they conduct electricity well.

synchronization: a technique that allows Trey to use his arrows as markers that allow him almost instantly move to an arrows position

solidification: Trey learned this technique while fighting Slade Hyuga. It is another technique that follows Treys ability to manipulate and bend light. By compressing the energy already found in light with a small amount of chakra and the solid materials found in air, light with the power of chakra can be turned into a solid material. As far as the periodic table sees it, it is another experimental element that not even Trey really understands

Lightning: Trey creates a stream of lightning which moves fast and is very powerful.

Light barrier: Trey bends light into a protective barrier to act as a shield around him.

Lightning barrier: using multiple arrows as lightning rods lightning stretches to each of them to create a trap barrier

lightning storm: by collect a large amount of chakra and transforming it into lightning energy it can then be released as a large mid to close range attack

Light of Judgment: using hand signs beams of concentrated light energy rain from the sky causing massive explosions as each collide with the ground

Requiem of Light: a jutsu that exacerbates the light energy within rays of light which then forms a large balls of light energy.

shine: a jutsu that causes light to collect into a large ball not lethal but bright enough to cause instant blinding

Piercing shot: by combining the powers of light and lightning in certain proportion. Trey produces a kind of light chakra that is not immediately effected by other chakra giving the arrow the ability to break through barriers of chakra and other attacks

Wellll the problem here is simply. Lightning is the most destructive element and as a genin using most of these moves should drain him of most if not all of his chakra however he is taking a ranking exam and if he passes with chuunin or higher he could simply train and get all of these legitimately. So since im in a good mood I'll pass his jutsu list under the rule that he passes his ranking exam, if he fails he will have to edit this and take down any move that allows him the use of an actully lightning bolt, since no genin would have enough chakra for it unless they were some uber uchiha.

*Lightning is the pure plasma bolt that hails from the sky, and yes is also a phenomenon. Buuut, the bogus thing about lightning is that it is like always travels at 186,000 miles per second and no matter the rank, unless some anbu and up add chakra into the sky prior to summoning it, it will have the same amount of destructive force as the next. So yeah, using more electricity now would be within your power, and when you do use lightning later in the future after ranking up, know that lightning you create from your hands and whatnot ISN'T as strong or as fast as a regular lightning bolt. Unless it is called from above, at a hefty amount of chakra, it won't be a regular pure plasma lightning bolt.*

Also, when you DO get to the point where you can use lightning, just because its speed and power are phenomenal DOESN'T mean it will always hit. This is Ves. Even if its from the sky, people manage to avoid being struck by the 186,000 mps phenomenon just fine, so don't be surprised or try to say "well lightning goes this fast, you couldn't dodge it" because if that was the case, lightning would have been banned cause every time someone decided to do it, the other combatant would ALWAYS get it. Not saying you were going to do this though, nor am I calling you out on anything, I'm just saying this to put it out there..
