Yondaime and Scott, Rank up

(Read my post! it clearly stated what happened to the sound waves, there is no way that you have an unblockable attack...)

{I have no clue how Scott's seizure thing works, but a move that automatically gives someone a seizure, which would prevent them from fighting, seems to be cheap. Yondaime caused an explosion to counter the sound underground with its own force, so that sound attack was blocked....Although it seems Yondaime is using up the most chakra, so it may seen cheap Scott, but the bigger the moves the bigger the chakra consumption.}

* As the bomb axploded Scott pushed soundwaves outwards from him in all directions. This pushed air molecules stoo. The air molecues Bonded with the flames and the nitrogengass in them, which is mostly what air is made form smothered the flames causing them to disperssed*

(What fire is gone? How does flame that needs no oxygen to burn put out by the oxygen, which is not in them, bonding with nitrogen? When did Scott learn how to cause chemical bonding with chemicals that are not there to begin with? Also, if that bonding could occur, then why don't all of the flames just automatically disperse?)

*Yondaime clenched his fists and glided over the ground. Then, when he came near to the spot that Scott was, he Shot a three flame bullets at him aand followed up with two kunai attached to fiber wire. The kunai had explosive seals on them.*

((you told me that your flames dont burn of of oxgen they burn off of chakra. I didnt learn chemical bonding, but from Ms. newberns class i learned what chemicals will bond eaisier than other. They become smothered thats why they dispersee. Think oy someone throwing sand on fire. Nitrogen gas is every where . to control them is just like i control air molecules. Alll of the non flamable gass smothers flame. look it up lmao. All flame s are are just what occur from extreme heat reactions between two or more chemical. The molecules in flames are hitting each others at rapid speeds. By using nitrogen they fill in those spots were they're gaps allowing no space for the molecules not to have space to move.causing the heat not to occur . Thus stoping flames. When the two molecules come in contact with one another they bond . Come on man you got chemistry you should know man ))
*Scott jetted to the left avoding both attacks and fires ten bullets in a C shape behind Yondaime*
this isnt getting us anywhere. lets take this fight to the next level

Dozens of whip lashes struck the ground between both Yondaime and Scott, knocking the bullets off course and beating out any flames. Then in a swirl of purple chakra, V appeared on the field, Holding his whip Rasshu in hand, and a kunai in the other. He had a serious look on his face, and he began to speak.
"Kazz wanted to test me by fighting two of his special jounin. So I guess you two will have to team up and battle me..."
He threw the kunai into the air and pulled out his second whip. Charging both whips with Hanshoku energy and Fukitsu chakra he lashed them at Yondaime, who was at the right, and Scott, who was at the left. The several dozen lashes would multiply due to the effect of Hanshoku energy, causing several hundreds of lashes to occur. As V whipped at them, gashes 3 feet deep were being left in the ground from random lashes, showing getting hit too many of these would quickly end the fight. Rocketing out the way wouldn't stop the barrage of attacks, meaning getting in close would be a pain. They were so quick that it cut through the air, without making a sound.

* Scott then manipulated sound waves around his body allowing him to temparrly move at the speed of sound . This made dodging the wips easy. He then stood in front of the genin and stared at his face with a curous look*

Scott put himself in one situation that would give him hell. V never stopped whipping, even stated above, and with these extremely quick lashes going everywhere, and Scott appearing right in front of him, he would get slashed up by the whips in a relentless fashion, just as relentless as V's assault. For added effect, V charged more hanshoku enegry into the whips, making hundreds of lashes turn to thousands, ensuring his easy victory. With every lash landing on Scott a surge of Fukitsu chakra would surge through him, numbing his body, and with him coming in so foolishly, he took the brunt of hundreds of lashes, giving him extremely deep gashes and a semi-paralyzed body. He could have gotten away, but given that he was currently fighting Yondaime, which he would use chakra to do, and the fact that Fukitsu chakra depletes chakra, He wouldn't have the energy to escape. Scott, now misfigured and bloody, would fall to the ground, and if he wasn't dead, then he would be paralyzed all over by the lashes from the dual whips.
"Not a smart move....."
One of the whips turn into a sword, and V pointed it at Yondaime.
"I hope you can do better than this person here...."
He threw the sword into the ground, letting it travel several meters deep as he pulled out a scroll. He did a series of handsigns, and from the scroll flowed out a river worths of water to turn the field into a water stage. He stood on top of the water with the chakra in his feet and Fukitsu chakra would begin to excret from his pores. He lashed his whip towards Yondaime, only it extended far, right for Yondaime. Charging Hanshoku energy into the whip, the lash was divided, making it seemingly invisible, but it was still there, and with its smaller size it would travel even quicker than before. A poison bomb rested in his other hand.

*Scott fell to the ground got up and looked at V*
really now...im not even that rude.
*Scott ingures were minmal because on the very first blow to the head from the wip a small sound was produced. it was then manipulated to cover his whole body giving him a sheild. He was still able to be hit but no dammage would occue.the blood came from his head. Head wounds bleed alot*

{{I doubt that small amount of sound could be manipulated that quickly to coat your entire body while a relentless storm of lasheswere going on....that YOU so foolishly walked right into. Even if you could, a shield made of such a small amount sound wouldn't be able to hold up against a couple THOUSAND lashes that could cut three feet deep at the time...but w/e....}}

V kept his focus on Yondaime and sighed as Scott got back up. He was really risking himself at this point.
"My chakra depletes others chakra, as well as paralyzes them. You've took a hit to the head, and a heavy one at that, your brain most likely has already taken in the effect of Fukitsu chakra, and because of the Hanshoku energy, it will multiply in your body. Within a few seconds your entire body will be drained of its chakra and you'll be left either frozen in place or on the ground paralyzed.....Just a warning if you plan to continue...."
The gaseous Fukitsu chakra expanded across the field, and breathing it in would have negative effects on both Scott, whos condition would worsen, and Yondaime. Stomping his foot on the watery stage, waves would rush at Scott, trying to knock him under. V still had his whip ready.

(( oh sorry i didnt add that i amplyfy it to its not the sound that keeps me safe its really air molecules. When i make sheilds of sound they have to travel through air molecules , by condincing them and stacking them i create a sheild . its somthing that i learn in physics. Sorry for not being clear im a liul sleepy*))

*Yondaime erupted just as the attacks were going to hit him. This took quite allot of chakra, so he would need to conserve for the rest of the battle. The explosion tore through the attacks that were aimed at him and instantly evaporated the waves that were coming near him. Kazz was making him angry now. He felt sentiments with Rose's new objective. Yondaime used a bit of his little remaining chakra and summoned an angel in a burst of fire. Then he leaped up and rocketed up into the air.*

"Yo Scott, Here!"

*Yondaime threw Scott some fiber wire and bade him to get up out of the way of the waves.*

*Scott saw Yondaime effort to help im. At first his pride consumed him take the fiber wire. but he realized even though he cant stand yondaime, he was the closest thing to a friend scott has had had in a long time. he took the offer and got out of the way*
So this Hanshoku energy of yours...does it have a physical form, solid, liquid a gass maybe?

The Fukitsu chakra would mix into the water, turning the rivers worth of water purple. An eruption of Fukitsu infested water spouted upward from underneath Yondaime, attempting to blow him up along with the water.
"Any form I choose, any more questions?"
After the explosion the Fukitsu river would spin into a whirlpool motion, sucking things inside. The eruption from earlier would make as a good distractor for this attack. V charged his whip with Hanshoku energy and stood in the whirlpool without even moving.

just one more......it is a pysical item, even though the particals are to samll its still there right?
*Scott placed his hand on his chest he did this with a thund.This sent sound wave through his boddy to locate the multiplying energy. Because its physical status could change made this a litle difficult. When the waves passed through the energy Scott under stood there physical make up. he stop the waves from escaping out of the energy and caused them to vibarate partical by partical. These indivaul particals vibarted to the point that they began to deterearate with in Scotts body. This was a painful procces but it made the most logic. If he wanted his chakra from dissapearing he had to destroy what was in himc.at logi. this had adverse effects on his body though . this gave him a irregular heart beat which weaked him. but at least he had his chakra back .*
