Yondaime and Scott, Rank up

Seeing that Yondaime refused to block/evade/dodge the explosion underneath him, he was hit by the explosion, even though he was in the air since explosions tend to span outward. The Hanshoku energy in the erupted infested water would multiply it, increasing the power and range of the explosion, ensuring that Yondaime was caught in the blast, and more than likely so would his fire angel. This water had Fukitsu chakra in it, and it would begin to solidify on Yondaime's body, depleting his chakra with every passing second as well as attempting to paralyze him. This could have all been avoid if he were to move out the way, but he didn't. If he burned off the fukitsu infested water, then it would become gaseous, which would be more deadly then its liquid form.
"Another person, another not to smart move..."
The whirlpool below began to speed up as V pulled his other whip out of the water. He then began glowing with Hanshoku energy as the whirlpool rose slowlt skyward, trying to engulf the rest of Yondaime.

{I do, you apparently don't. I used a scroll to summon this vast amount of water, what Scott did was rid his body of the Fukitsu chakra I had inside of him. No one got rid of the water, you only got rid of the waves heading your way earlier, so you got hit. Re-read and post, or this may count as a loss.}

*Yondaime Was hit and the explosion knocked him sideways. He recovered instantly and maid his angel move quickly. Then he shot the ground with an exploding fireball at the ground. It drained the water and scorched the ground and it became black. Yondaime activated his kekegenkai and the area around them became dark. The ground became littered with bodies and a pungent rotting smell. Yondaime laughed maniacally and black plants shot from the ground all around the area. They flew at V and pinned him to the ground. Then a dark figure appeared. It was a woman, with an arm missing. She was pouring blood from wounds under her clothing. She took a spike and drove it through V's chest and blood spouted from it.*

{Loss of Logic much? If the ground is covered in water, how do you fire a ball of flames at the ground? it would have to hit the water on top, which would have to evaporate, but w/e Scott saved you, if it evaporated, this fight would have been over.}

Once again, Yondaime failed to grasp an important point, the point being that he had solidified Fukitsu chakra on him, which once again, he refused to do anything about it. This fukitsu chakra on him was depleting him of his chakra and the numbing of his body began, slowing his Yondaime's movements. He fired a fire ball at the water that was covering the ground, and the layer of Fukitsu infested water evaporated, becoming a gas, the rest was drained like he said. The air was now covered in with fukitsu chakra, all misty like. As Yondaime made the field black, and some random woman appeared with one arm, Its obvious to tell it was an genjutsu. But despite this, it would have been difficult for V to get out, but luckily he had his misty chakra in the air, and he would have this chakra surge his body, hopefully snapping him out of the illusion. Since Yondaime was losing chakra, the illusion/genjutsu would become weaker and weaker every second, and since V has surged himself with chakra outside of his body, he was able to free himself from the illusion.
"An illusionist? They all havesimilar weaknesses, no matter how strong they are..."
From the mist of fukitsu covering the field, spires of its energy would blaze at Yondaime, attempting to pierce up his body. V would create a ball of red and blue hanshoku energy in each of his hands, ready to clash.

Then Yondaime Returned to the ground and began to activate another jutsu. As he did this he side stepped the spires. Then he threw a punch at the body that was trapped in the genjutsu.*

{Not really, regardlessly, a portion was evaporated, so I was right. You did in fact have to get rid of some water to blow a hole in the ground.}

Seeing that V had already got out of the genjutsu, Yondaime rushed right at the wrong time. V thrusted his hand with the blue energy at Yondaime's fist, dividing its power, severely weakening it. Then with the red ball already ready, he thrusted it into Yondaime's chest who was extremely close right now, since he was previously throwing a punch. The thrust would multiply by 2 in strength, forcing Yondaime back abit.
"Seems like your almost out of chakra..."
Once a space was created when Yondaime was forced back, The water infested with fukitsu chakra that was drained earlier would spout out the ground, attempting to pierce up the unexpecting Yondaime. They were in a liquid state at the moment, and V extended both of his whips, lashing them around himself, so quick that it looked like a dome around him. He had something planned, something devastating.

(That is called an auto hit, also you cannot free yourself with simple surges of chakra, But Ill make an exception for now, but edit the auto hit.)

(According to the rules, you can auto hit something minor as long as its legit, like the simple thrust to your chest which only pushed you back some meters. The legit part is that you rushed in aimlessly thinking I was still in an illusion, and I had the energy in my hands, and all you had was your fist, so you literally walked into that one. Luckily, you got a palm thrust and not a whip lash.

Also, the surges of chakra is how they escape genjutsu in naruto, and the way I did it was totally legit. Futhermore I explained that you were losing chakra still, since before your last post you constantly refused to rid the solid fukitsu chakra on you, so your chakra was depleting, and you if your running out of chakra, any move becomes weaker, including genjutsu. So between my chakra surges and your chakra depletion, I was able to get out.

*Yondaime made his whole body burst into flames once more. Then he removed his pistol and fired a round at V's chest. As he did a barrier was forming in the ground below him.*

{You Finally got rid of the chakra in this post, meaning the posts before you were losing chakra, and even though its gone, it doesn't change the fact that some of your chakra got depleted.}

The bullet was slapped into some far off direction since V was whipping everywhere extremely quickly. It was even stated that the various lashes took the shape of a dome, so the bullet would have never made it through. Yondaime's body was in flames, how nice, but it wasn't clear as to what they were there for, maybe to block the fukitsu spouts? Yeah, lets go with that, for if it wasn't, he would lose right here. The flames would evaporate the fukitsu chakra, turning it back into mist in the air. V smirked, knowing this would be over soon.
"Hm, a miscalculation huh Yondaime?"
The mist in the air solidified and clustered together, forming a 3 kilometer wide block that was only about 15 ft above the both of us. It dropped fairly quick, andYondaime would be smushed under the emense weight and force of the block, but since V was whipping at such a speed, and this was his Fukitsu chakra, he could easily keep himself from being crushed, leaving only Yondaime to be in a pickle. Each lash from the whips were creating a blue line of energy.

*Yondaime grinned. The jutsu that he had been charging for was not for some finisher, but for just a situation like this. His body was gone as it transported just outside the range of the block, avoiding being crushed. Then he activated the barrier just below the spot where he was seconds ago. It burst into intense flames where V was, in the center of a solid mass, trapped with white burning flames in a small space. Not a great spot to be in. Then Yondaime readied his pistol and waited, looking at the mass of solid chakra.*

The flames quickly died down, not getting a chance to hit/touch V. The blue energy coming frome ach lash was Hanshoku energy, the dividing part of it, and with V's ability ro make his energy sold, liquid, or gaseous, he simply made the energy solid, creating a dome of blue dividing energy around him, the flames would be divided over and over until they were too small to exist. He controled the giant bloc of Fukitsu as well, so he was never in trouble. He made it turn liquid, and it would rush and flood the field, catching Yondaime too if he wasn't quick enough.
"So he can warp? This will be easier than I thought, especially with his chakra so low."
The dividing dome around him, sounding cooler as Negative zone, would allow V to stand on top of the rushing Fukitsu, obviously uneffected. His whips turned into pistols.

*Yondaime simply glided above the waves with his arms crossed. He looked down to observe the massive waste of chakra. This had to be at least slightly consuming, controlling chakra, switching its state of matter, and making whips and pistols. As Yondaime pondered, he rubbed his head. What to do, then he had it. The new technique. It was the only way. Yondaime pointed at the sky and all of a sudden lightning surged downward, electrifying the water. Then Yondaime trained more bolts on the pistols, and as he did he threw a kunai in a wide arc. It acted as a conductor as it made the lightning slash the pistols in mad air. They exploded one by one. Then Yondaime raised his pistol and fired ten bullets at V's feet.*

Seeing that V has simply been using the chakra from earlier in the match, only thing he had to do was change its state of matter, he never had to add more chakra, so he wasn't wasting much, and even if he was, his chakra capacity is pretty high. The Explosions, and bullets, would hit the negative zone, be rapidly divided, and become too small to do anything. It never stopped dividing what touched it, so the bullets and explosion molecules coming at V only would be about x100 that of a red blood cell. The weapons had a magical property that allowed it to change at will, so that is no chakra wasted. He facepalmed as Yondaime just ended the fight.
"You really should have planned this better...."
The constant explosions in the water that was Fukitsu chakra would send it all over the field, including at Yondaime. Now he had fukitsu chakra flying everywhere, even at him, so once he got hit with multiple fukitsu chakra droplets and energy specs, what little of his chakra would begin to drain away. He had no way around this, because if he tried to avoid it, where would he go? No where, because of him the fukitsu spanded out across the field, leaving no place a safe place. If he burned the liquid fukitsu on him, it would once again evaporate, and the mist could easily get in his pores and he could inhale it, which would quickly paralyze his body. Now, his body would numb and paralyze at a moderate rate, and his chakra would deplete at a slightly quicker rate. He may have lasted longer if he didn't do such a foolish thing, but he did, so the fight will be closing soon if it isn't already. If he for some reason wanted more, th Fukitsu chakra was now both gas from being exploded, and the rest was still liquid.
" You ended the fight the moment you started your explosions.....pity...."
His guns turned back int whips, since he never had to use the guns thanks to the bone head move preformed. He would let Yondaime's paralyzed body rest on the ground, drained of chakra.

{I'm sorry, but this fight was over the moment you used lightning. You started this fight before you learned it from Xenovirus a few hours ago, meaning you didn't know it when this fight took place. If you had to cheaply resort to doing such a noobish thing, then you wouldn't have deserved to win. But on a good note, I could have bitched on how what you did was unfair and cowardly, but instead I dealt with it, and you finished yourself off. This fight is done no matter how you look at it.}

Then he focused his energy into the fire around him. It oxodized the air around him, allowing him to breath just enough to speak.*

{Scott, I read what you did, it was in fact a dumb move. Also Yondaime has been pulling alot of incredible Bull this much and V hasha an attitude that I don't like.....If the fight wasn't over yet then its done now. By reading this, Scott remains Special Jounin, Yondaime and V move up to Jounin.}

{Also, Both Yondaime and Scott must visit the Hospital after this fight and must do so before they start another fight. Be sure to tell Shindo about your injuries.}
