Oliver's Own Power

Kekki Genkai: Armanoes
The ability to control a type of energy that uses both darkness and ice. It can command black ice in which the user can create as well as used in the form of energy for such things as blasts and explosions and what not. The structures made from Armanoes are extremely dense and can take a hit and as vise versa it's offensive powers are great. This power is mostly used to freeze things Armanoes energy it's self being REALLY COLD and freezes most things it comes into contact with.

Personal Talent: Alchemy
The ability to reconstruct matter into different forms via transmutation. Alfons is able to preform his transmutations by clapping due to the markings on the palms of his gloves and the tattoos on his hands. At his current state Oliver's only talent toward Alchemy is making structures and small changes to the battlefield to help in his fighting.

Alter Power: Shell Bullet



Using the earth around him Oliver can create his Alter which transforms his right arm into a weapon. The Shell Bullet covers Oliver's right arm with protective metal armor and creates three curved fins of metal jutting out from his right shoulder blade, each progressively larger as they near his shoulder.. The fins break apart to propel Oliver forward at great speed, increasing the power of his strikes, which Oliver has labeled as Bullets. Oliver only get's three shot via only three fins however with each fin the burst gets stronger.

Was wondering when somebody as going to do that Approved and have fun RPin!

I don't really have a problem with the basis of this character, or the rest of his abilities, but that, I do have a problem with. I just really disagree with a genin having ice that cold, call me crazy

mmhm it's a difficult thing to lower your power to that level, think we all struggle with that a bit to some extent *nods* dealing with it myself right now xD
