as i walk into the building office for witches i get directed to keep walking straight till i see a large door with zita's name on it. when i finally get to the door i knock on it and say "zita... can i come in for a few seconds"

Zita opens her door "Ooo! A cute little boy~! Come in, come in! What do you wish from the Head Witch, Zita, boy~?"

i walk in and wait for zita to sit at her desk and when she settled in her chair i kneel down on one knee and say" i know this must seem all of the sudden but i like for u to teach me how to use magic properly"

Zita stared at Prince with a concerned and confused look "But... You are from the village, yes? You use chakra instead of magic, don't you? It would be exceedingly difficult for you to use both magic AND chakra... Especially if you're still a... augh... what did Mazey call it...? A Genin? I believe that was the lowest rank. Don't you think you should at least become stronger first...?" Zita cocked her head to the side slightly.

to awnser ur questons, yes i am a genin and i am from the village; and yes maze told me it'll be hard to learn magic also butim willing to put the time and practice into it and u might acually see that im stronger then this rank shows me to be

Zita thought for a bit. She stared at the soul of this boy... "Hm.. Your soul is very determined... Haha. Okay. I guess it will be a fun experience to do that! I'll teach you magic~!" Zita snapped her fingers, her broom made of a long chain and a huge lock appearing before her. She hopped ontop of it "I guess we should do this in Mazey's village, huh? We'll go to the training area for it! You should know where it is. Meet me there!" She flew out of the window.
