It is a constantly expanding breaking down dimensional wormhole that will eradicate and destroy everything. Naturally, it is impossible to enter unless you know the exact dimensional coordinates and you cannot survive being near or inside of it without the substantial amount of power or else you will die on the spot from the powerful destructive force of this entity.

It has many ancient, magical and powerful artifacts inside of it, and it cannot be entered if someone is weak in power, for it generates a force field based off of the power of someone's heart, soul and mind.
